Abstract
Maksts mikroflora ir mainīga vide, kuru ietekmē dažādi faktori – vecums, menstruālais cikls, imūnās sistēmas stāvoklis, u.c. HIV infekcijas gadījumā tiek izmainīta imūnā sistēma, kas rezultātā var novest pie patoloģiskas maksts mikrofloras un pH izmaiņām.
Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt maksts mikrofloru un pH izmaiņas HIV inficētām sievietēm
Izmantotās metodes : laika posmā no 2019. gada septembra līdz 2020. gada februārim 38 HIV pozitīvas sievietes tika aicinātas aizpildīt anketu par seksuālas un reproduktīvās veselības jautājumiem. Ginekoloģiskās apskates laikā tika paņemts materiāls pH mērīšanai un natīvai mikroskopijai.
Rezultāti: Kopā tika analizēti dati par 37 sievietēm. Paaugstināts pH līmenis tika konstatēts 86,5% (n=32) sieviešu. Normāla maksts mikroflora tika konstatēta 32,4% (n=12). Patoloģiska maksts mikroflora bija 67.6%. Visbiežāk sastopamie izmainītās maksts floras veidi bija aerobs vaginīts un bakteriāla vaginoze - 18,9% katrs. Sēnītes novērotas 13,5%.
Secinājumi: HIV inficētām pacientēm biežāk sastopams paaugstināts maksts pH un novērojama patoloģiska maksts mikroflora.
Vaginal microflora is alternating environment that can be affected by various factors such as age, menstrual cycle, immune state, etc. HIV infection changes the immune system, which can lead to abnormal vaginal microflora and pH changes. Purpose of study: Explore vaginal microflora and pH changes in HIV infected women. Materials and methods: In time period from September 2019 to February 2020, 38 HIV-positive women were invited to complete a questionnaire on sexual and reproductive health issues. During gynecological inspection, material for pH measurement and wet mount microscopy was taken. Results: A total of 37 women were included in final analysis. Increased pH was found in 86,5% (n = 32) of women. Normal vaginal microflora was found in 32,4% (n = 12). Abnormal vaginal microflora was in 67.6%. The most common were aerobic vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis - found in 18.9% each. Candida vaginitis was observed in 13.5%. Conclusions: increased vaginal pH and abnormal vaginal microflora are more common in HIV infected patients.
