Augļu un dārzeņu lietošanas paradumu ietekme uz pesticīdu un to metabolītu skaitu Latvijas iedzīvotāju organismos.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Augļu un dārzeņu lietošanas paradumu ietekme uz pesticīdu un to metabolītu skaitu Latvijas iedzīvotāju organismos”. Darba aktualitāte ietver pesticīdu biomonitoringa attīstīšanu un lielākas izpratnes iegūšanu par Latvijas iedzīvotāju organismos atrastajiem pesticīdiem un to metabolītiem. Latvijā pieaudzis lauksaimniecībā izmantotās zemes apjoms, kā rezultātā novērojams pieaugums arī pārdoto augu aizsardzības līdzekļu daudzumā, un Latvijas Zemkopības ministrija, Zaļā kursa stratēģijas ietvaros, uzstādījusi mērķi – attīstīt bioloģisko lauksaimniecību. Maģistra darbā apskatīti Latvijas ciematos dzīvojošie ģimeņu pāri (bērni un vecāki), kas tika iedalīti kontrolgrupā (dzīvo vismaz 500m attālumā no lauksaimniecības laukiem) un eksponētajā grupā (dzīvo 250m vai tuvāk lauksaimniecībā izmantotiem laukiem). Tika ievākti urīna paraugi ziemas un vasaras (miglošanas) sezonās, nosūtīti uz laboratorijām, kur tie tika analizēti uz vairākiem pesticīdiem un to metabolītiem. Atsūtītie rezultāti tika apkopoti un statistiski analizēti SPSS sistēmā. Apskatītas vecāku un bērnu aizpildītās 24h ēdienkartes, kur novērojama uzturā lietoto augļu un dārzeņu daudzveidība un sezonalitāte. Tāpat veikta urīna paraugos atrasto pesticīdu salīdzināšana ar Latvijā reģistrētajiem un nereģistrētajiem pesticīdiem unaprakstīta to iespējamā uzņemšana caur pārtiku – ar augļiem un dārzeņiem. Urīna paraugos atrasti četri no Latvijā nereģistrētajiem vai anulētajiem pesticīdiem.

The title of the master`s thesis is “The influence of fruit and vegetable consumption habits on the number of pesticides and their metabolites in the bodies of Latvian residents”. The relevance of this work includes the development of pesticide biomonitoring and gaining of a better understanding of the pesticides and their metabolites found in the bodies of Latvian residents. The amount of land, used in agriculture, has increased in Latvia, as well as increased the amount of sold pesticide products for agricultural use. The Latvian Ministry of Agriculture, within the framework of the Green Course protection strategy, has set the goal of developing biological agriculture. The master's thesis examines family pairs (children and parents) living in Latvian villages, who are divided into two groups – a control group (lives at least 500m away from agricultural fields) and an exposed group (lives 250m or closer to agricultural fields). Urine samples were collected in the winter and summer (misting) seasons and sent to laboratories where they were analyzed for pesticides and their metabolites. The results were summarized and statistically analyzed by the SPSS system. The 24-hour menus approved by parents and children were examined, where can be observed the diversity and seasonality of the fruits and vegetables used in their diets. From the comparison of pesticides found in urine samples with registered and unregistered pesticides in Latvia and particapants menu, it was observed that the pesticides in the bodies of particapants could be received through food - with fruits and vegetables. Four of the unregistered or canceled pesticides in Latvia were found in the urine samples.
