Krievijas Federācijas masu iznīcināšanas ieroču programma kā atturēšanas politikas līdzeklis: analīze Ukrainas kontekstā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir "Krievijas Federācijas masu iznīcināšanas ieroču programma kā atturēšanas politikas līdzeklis: Analīze Ukrainas kontekstā". Darba mērķis ir veikt ieskatu uz Krievijas Federācijas masu iznīcināšanas ieroču programmu un analizēt tās masu iznīcināšanas ieroču atturēšanas politiku. Darba ietvaros tiek apskatīti atturēšanas teorijas galvenie principi, lai sniegtu ieskatu uz darbā izvēlēto teoriju – atturēšanas teorija. Darba gaitā tiek apskatīta masu iznīcināšanas ieroču definīcija un funkcija, lai identificētu kodolieroču, ķīmisko un bioloģisko ieroču īpašības. Darbs apskata šo ieroču atturēšanas funkcijas, ar kuru palīdzību tiek veikts ieskats uz Krievijas Federācijas masu iznīcinošo ieroču doktrīnu un politiku. Darba noslēgumā tiek veikta Krievijas Federācijas masu iznīcinošo ieroču atturēšanas funkcijas, kā arī šo funkciju un atturēšanas politikas realizāciju Ukrainas kara kontekstā.

The topic of the master's thesis is "The program of weapons of mass destruction of the Russian Federation as a means of deterrence policy: Analysis in the context of Ukraine". The aim of the work is to provide an insight into the Russian Federation's weapons of mass destruction program and to analyze its WMD deterrence policy. The main principles of the theory of deterrence are examined within the scope of the work in order to provide an insight into the theory chosen in the work - the theory of deterrence. The work examines the definition and function of weapons of mass destruction to identify the characteristics of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons. The work examines the deterrence functions of these weapons, with the help of which an insight is made into the doctrine and policy of weapons of mass destruction of the Russian Federation. At the end of the work, the deterrence functions of the weapons of mass destruction of the Russian Federation, as well as the implementation of these functions and the deterrence policy in the context of the Ukrainian war, are performed.
