Ungārijas pozīcija 2022. gada enerģētikas krīzes Eiropas Savienībā kontekstā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Ungārijas pozīcija 2022. gada enerģētikas krīzes Eiropas Savienībā kontekstā.” Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt kāpēc Ungārijas pozīcija enerģētiskās krīzes kontekstā atšķiras no citām Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīm. Darba pamatproblēma tiek definēta kā Ungārijas ieņemtās pozīcijas 2022.gadā Eiropas Savienības kontekstā enerģētiskās krīzes kontekstā. Ņemot vērā, ka Ungārija stipri atšķīrās ar savām darbībām un lēmumiem 2022. gadā, vērtējot Eiropas Savienības noteiktās sankcijas un lēmumus, tad tiek apskatīts Ungārijas 2022. gada pozīcijas pret Eiropas Savienību un arī Krieviju, izprotot, kurā pozīciju Ungārijas valdība ieņem gan publiski izsakoties, gan pieņemot lēmumus. Darbā tiek izvērtēta enerģētiskās krīzes Eiropas Savienībā raksturs un Ungārijas ieņemtā pozīcija ES enerģētikas jautājumos. Maģistra darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek aplūkota starptautisko attiecību savstarpējās atkarības liberālisma teorētiskās iezīmes un nacionālo pozīciju veidošanās aspekti. Empīriskajā daļā tiek analizēta Ungārijas pozīcija ES enerģētikas jautājumos, kā arī analizētas Ungārijas – ES, un Ungārijas - Krievijas diplomātiskās un ekonomiskās attiecības. Maģistra galvenie secinājumi apstiprina hipotēzi, jo Ungārijas rīcības un enerģētikā atkarība no Krievijas noteica tās pozīciju enerģētikas krīzes Eiropas Savienībā kontekstā.

The title of the master’s thesis is „Hungary's position in the context of the 2022 energy crisis in the European Union”. The aim of the master's thesis is to determine why Hungary's position in the context of the energy crisis differs from other European Union member states. The basic problem of the work is defined as the positions taken by Hungary in the context of the energy crisis in European Union. Since the case of Hungary differed with its actions and decisions in 2022, in taking into account the sanctions and decisions imposed by the European Union, the work examines Hungary's 2022 positions towards the European Union and also Russia, understanding which position the Hungarian government takes both in public statements and in making decisions. The paper evaluates the nature of the energy crisis in the European Union and Hungary's position on EU energy issues. The theoretical part of the master's thesis examines the theoretical features of the liberalism of interdependence of international relations and the aspects of the formation of national positions. The empirical part analyzes the position of Hungary in EU energy issues, as well as the diplomatic and economic relations between Hungary and the EU and between Hungary and Russia. The main conclusions of the master's degree confirm the hypothesis, because Hungary's actions and energy dependence on Russia determined its position in the context of the energy crisis in the European Union.
