Kvalifikācijas darba nosaukums – “Studentu stresa pārvarēšanas metodes”
Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis – Noskaidrot stresa pārvarēšanas metodes Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes Liepājas filiāles (turpmāk RSU LF) studentiem
Augsta stresa izplatība ir viens no svarīgākajiem jautājumiem, par kuriem ziņo medicīnas studentu vidū visā pasaulē. Tas tiek definēts kā "nolietojums", ko ķermenis piedzīvo, pielāgojoties spiedienam vai draudošai situācijai (Behere SP, Yadav R, Behere PB, 2011).
Daudzi faktori var veicināt to, ka medicīnas skola ir ļoti saspringta vide. Daži no šiem faktoriem ietver: plašas mācību programmas, daudzas akadēmiskās prasības, biežus, sarežģītus un dažāda veida eksāmenus. (Waqas et all, 2015). (Sreeramareddy et all, 2007).
Author of the qualification work – Elīna Jaščenko Qualification work theme – “Student management methods of stress” The purpose of the qualification work – Find out stress management methods for students of Liepaja branch of Rīga Stradiņš University (hereinafter RSU LF). A high prevalence of stress is one of the most important issues reported among medical students globally. It is defined as the ‘‘wear and tear” the body experiences as it adjusts to pressure or a threating situation (Behere SP, Yadav R, Behere PB, 2011). Many factors can contribute to medical school being a very stressful environment. Some of those factors include: extensive curricula, numerous academic requirements, frequent, difficult and various types of examinations(Waqas et all, 2015). (Sreeramareddy et all, 2007). According to the results of the study, it was concluded that in Latvia every eighth young person, aged 18-24, tends to "eat up" stress, eating too much or even uncontrollably, but on average 7% of Latvians in all age groups admit that they have large and uncontrolled eating under stress (Latvijas veselības portāls, 2019). Stress affects not only the emotional state, but also the physical state, causing fatigue, depression, sleep problems, so new less used methods of coping with stress are needed to be able to stabilize your physical and emotional state. Hypothesis – The most common stress management methods for RSU LF students are sleep, physical activity and hobbies. Results of the research - When compiling the respondents' answers, the hypothesis put forward in the study was partially confirmed, because only sleep is one of the stress management methods used by RSU LF students. |
