dc.description.abstractAnotācija Supervīzijas darba alianses aptaujas (Supervisory Working Alliance for Supervisors -SWAI-S, Supervisory Working Alliance for Trainees - SWAI-T) viens no visbiežāk lietotajiem instrumentiem, lai izmērītu supervizora un supervizējamā attiecības. Maģistra darba pētījuma mērķis bija adaptēt abas aptaujas, kas paredzētas supervizoram un supervizējamajam, lai noteiktu supervīzijas darba alianses stiprumu. Metode. Pētījuma divas izlases ir mērķtiecīgas, kas sastāv no: 1) latviski runājošiem supervizoriem (N1 = 91) un 2) latviski runājošiem supervizējamajiem (N2 = 110). 1) SWAI-S (Efstation, Patton and Kardash, 1992) pamatizlasē piedalījās 91 supervizors, latviski runājošie respondenti (N = 91), kurā bija 91% ir sievietes (n = 83) un 9% vīriešu (n = 9), vecumā no 29 līdz 69 gadiem (M = 45,7; SD = 9,45), kas ir supervizori (Efstation, Patton and Kardash, 1992). SWAI-T pamatizlasē piedalījās 110 respondenti, no kuriem 92% sievietes (n = 101) un 8% bija vīrieši (n = 9), vecumā no 27 līdz 69 gadiem (M = 46,2; SD = 10,5). Instrumentārijs. 1) Sociodemogrāfisko datu jautājumi SWAI-S – jautājumi par vecumu, dzimumu, jautājumi par profesionālo darbību. 2) Sociodemogrāfisko datu jautājumi SWAI-T - jautājumi par vecumu un dzimumu. 1) SWAI-ST aptaujas (Efstation, Patton and Kardash, 1990). Pašvērtējuma aptaujā izmantota Likerta skala (0 – 7), augstāks punktu skaits liecina par augstāku darba aliansi supervīzijā. 1) SWAI-S apakšskalas sastāv no: Klientu fokuss, Raports un Identifikācija. 2) SWAI-T apakšskalas sastāv no: Raports un Klientu fokuss. Aptaujas tika adaptētas šī maģistra darba ietvaros. Rezultāti. Pilotpētījums uzrāda labus iekšējas saskaņotības koeficientu SWAI-S (α = 0,931) un SWAI-T (α = 0,903). Pamataptaujās kopējais iekšējās saskaņotības koeficients Kronhafa alfa SWAI-S(α = 0,715) un SWAI-T (α = 0,848). 1a) SWAI-S iekšējo apakšskalu Kronhaba alfa: Klienta fokuss (α = 0,731), Raports (α = 0,592) un Identifikācija (α = 0,649). 1b) iekšējo apakšskalu Kronhaba alfa: Raports (α = 0,627) un Klientu fokuss (α = 0,746). 2a) SWAI-S pastāv statistiski nozīmīga, ciešas korelācijas starp apakšskalām: Klienta fokuss un Identifikācija (r(91) = 0,632 p <0,001) 2b) SWAI-T konstatēta cieša korelācija starp skalām Raports un Klienta fokuss (r(91) = 0,739 p <0,001).). 3) Tika veiktas apstiprinošo faktoru analīzes. Secinājumi. SWAI-S un SWAI-T adaptācijas psihometriskie rādītāji atbilst drošumam, tač modifikāciju var turpināt.lv-LV
dc.description.abstractAbstract Supervisory Working Alliance for Supervisors SWAI-S un Supervisory Working Alliance for Trainees SWAI-T are most commonly used tools to measure supervisor-supervisee relationships. The aim of the master's thesis research was to adapt both inventories intended for the supervisor and the supervisee to determine the strength of the supervisory working alliance. Method. The two samples of the study are purposive, consisting of: 1) Latvian-speaking supervisors (N = 91) and 2) Latvian-speaking supervisees (N = 110). 1) 91 supervisors, Latvian-speaking respondents (N = 91), in which 91% were women (n = 83) and 9% men (n = 9), ages 29 to 69 (M = 45.7; SD = 9.45), who are supervisors and have supervised in the past year (Efstation, Patton, and Kardash, 1992). The second core sample of the inventory (SWAI-T) consisted of 110 respondents, 92% female (n = 101) and 8% male (n = 9), aged 27 to 69 years (M = 46.2; SD = 10, 5). Instrumentation. 1) Sociodemographic data questions SWAI-S - questions about age, gender, questions about professional activity. 2) Sociodemographic data questions SWAI-T - questions about age and gender. 1) SWAI-ST (Efstation, Patton and Kardash, 1990), self-assessment inventory uses a Likert scale (0 - 7), a higher number of points indicates a higher working alliance in supervision. 1) SWAI-S subscales consist of: Client Focus, Rapport and Identification. 2) SWAI-T subscales consist of: Rapport and Client Focus. Inventories were adapted as part of this master's thesis. Results. The pilot study shows good internal consistency coefficients for SWAI-S (α = 0.931) and SWAI-T (α = 0.903). In the baseline questionnaires, the overall internal consistency coefficient Cronhaff's alpha SWAI-S(α = 0.715) and SWAI-T (α = 0.848). 1a) Cronbach alpha of SWAI-S internal subscales: Client Focus (α = 0.731), Rapport (α = 0.592) and Identification (α = 0.649). 1b) Cronbach alpha of internal subscales: Rapport (α = 0.627) and Client focus (α = 0.746). 2a) SWAI-S has statistically significant, close correlations between the subscales: Client focus and Identification (r(91) = 0.632 p <0.001) 2b) SWAI-T found a close correlation between the scales Rapport and Customer focus (r(91) = 0.739 p <0.001).). 3a) Confirmatory factor analysis was done for SWAI-S and SWAI-T. Conclusion. Results show that the validity of pshychometrics is good though adaptation and modification of the SWAI-S and SWAI-T could be explored more.en-UK
