Abstract

Ziediņš, R. 2023. Atvērto inovāciju ieviešanas un kopējās izmantošanas iespējas starp Baltijas valstu energouzņēmumiem. Maģistra darbs. Rīga. Pētījuma veikšanā tika izmantotas vairākas vispārzinātniskās (teorētiskās) pētījumu metodes: monogrāfiskā metode, grafiskā metode, analīze, dedukcijas metode. Inovatīvu risinājumu meklēšanai ir pievērsta pastiprināta uzmanība visā modernajā pasaulē. Informācijas aprite notiek aizvien ātrāk un produktu dzīvescikls samazinās. Svarīgie jautājumi ir kā inovācijas ieviest ātrāk un lētāk. Atvērtās inovācijas ir atslēgas atbilde šiem jautājumiem. Valsts kapitālsabiedrībām ir jāstrādā uz mērķi radīt inovatīvus un eksportspējīgus produktus un pakalpojumus. Pētījumā tika identificēti pakalpojumu virzieni, kurus AS Sadales tīkls varētu piedāvāt ārējam tirgum: Mācību centra piedāvātās e-apmācības un e-mācību platforma, mērlīdzekļu laboratorija, AS Sadales tīkls izmantotie digitālie rīki, spriegumaktīvo darbu un speciālās tehnikas mācību poligons, profesionālu elektriķu konsultācija un vienkāršoti remontdarbi. Dalība vietējās un starptautiskajās sadarbības organizācijās, piemēram, klasteros uzņēmumiem sniedz ne tikai ātrāku un vieglāku ceļu pie sev nepieciešamās informācijas, ne tikai jaunus un svarīgus kontaktus ar sadarbības partneriem, bet arī iespēju iegūt finansiālu labumu no būšanas lielā organizācijā, t.i. dalība šajās organizācijās ir jāskata caur Economy of scale jeb "apjoma radīts ietaupījums" prizmu. Ekspertu viedoklis sakrīt ar pētījumā gūtajiem pieņēmumiem par inovāciju ieviešanas nozīmīgumu sadales sistēmas operatoros, tāpat arī vienots viedoklis ir par nepieciešamību attīstīt ārējās sadarbības saites.

Ziedins, R. 2023. Possibilities of implamenting and common use of open innovations between energy companies of Baltic states. A Master's thesis. Riga. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop recommendations for the implementation of innovations through the cooperation of the energy companies between the Baltic States, based on the theoretical knowledge about the need for international cooperation, the application of the open innovation model and the analysis of empirical data. Several scientific (theoretical) research methods were used in the research: monographic method, graphic method, analysis, deduction method. The search for innovative solutions has increased attention throughout the modern world. The flow of information is getting faster and the lifespan of products is decreasing. The important questions are how to implament innovations faster and cheaper. Open innovation is the key answer to these questions. State capital companies must work towards the goal of creating innovative and exportable products and services. As part of the study, were identified the directions of services that the AS Sadales tikls could offer to the external market: E-learning and platform for these studies offered by the AS Sadales tikls Training centre, measuring laboratory, digital tools used by the as Sadales Tikls, training poligon for live work and special technologys, consultation of professional electricians and simplified repairs. Participation in local and international cooperation organisations, such as clusters, provides businesses with a quicker and easier path to the information they need, not only new and important contacts with their partners, but also the possibility of obtaining financial benefits from being in a large organisation, i.e. participation in these organisations must be viewed through the prism of “economies of scale”. Experts agrees with the assumptions made in the study regarding the importance of the introduction of innovations in distribution system operators, as well as a common opinion regarding the need to develop external cooperation links.
