Politisko partiju līderu retorika un runas aktu lietojums LTV 14.Saeimas vēlēšanu līderu debatēs.

Abstract

Maģistra darbā «Politisko partiju līderu retorika un runas aktu lietojums LTV 14.Saeimas vēlēšanu līderu debatēs» pētīta retorika un runas aktu lietojums LTV 14.Saeimas vēlēšanu līderu debatēs, kurās piedalījās politiskie līderi no 12 politiskajām partijām, kuras tobrīd (2022. gada septembrī), balstoties uz Tirgus un sabiedriskās domas pētījuma centra SKDS datiem, bija pārvarējušas 2% reitinga barjeru. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze. Ņemot vērā, ka līdz šim nav veikti pētījumi, kuros tiktu analizēta retorika un runas aktu lietojums priekšvēlēšanu debašu laikā, atklājas tēmas aktualitāte un veiktā pētījuma unikalitāte. Kopumā darbs ir sadalīts septiņās nodaļās. Darba teorētiskā daļa iedalīta trīs nodaļās un ietver runas aktu teoriju, retoriku un politisko komunikāciju. Darba empīriskā daļa sadalīta divās apakšnodaļās – vienā no tām ir rakstīts par runas aktu lietojumu politisko partiju līderu izteikumos LTV 14.Saeimas priekšvēlēšanu līderu debatēs, bet otrā par pārliecināšanas veidu lietojumu. Pēc pētījuma veikšanas tika secināts, ka politisko partiju līderi savos izteikumos visbiežāk lieto faktos balstītus argumentus, lai paustu savu nostāju, kā arī izmanto emocionālus izteiksmes līdzekļus, lai tādā veidā pārliecinātu potenciālos vēlētājus balsot par viņiem un viņu pārstāvētajām politiskajām partijām. Emocionalitāte tika novērota izteikumos, kas ietvēra vērtības un identitāti, lai radītu auditorijā noteikta veida emocijas. Salīdzinot 14.Saeimā ievēlēto un neievēlēto politisko partiju līderu izteikumus, tika konstatēts tas, ka krasi atšķiras loģiskās argumentācijas lietojuma daudzums. Proti, 14.Saeimā ievēlēto politisko partiju pārstāvji gandrīz divas reizes vairāk izmantoja faktos balstītu argumentāciju, nekā to politisko partiju pārstāvji, kuru partijas netika ievēlētas parlamentā. Pētījuma gaitā tika noskaidrots, ka politisko partiju līderi LTV 14.Saeimas priekšvēlēšanu līderu debašu laikā ļoti reti izmantoja komisīvo runas aktu, kas pauž apņemšanos un solījumus, turklāt gadījumos, kad tas izmantots, tas nebija vērsts uz laiku pēc 14.Saeimas vēlēšanām. Savukārt, direktīvais runas akts, kas pauž pamudināju, lai klausītājs paveiktu runātāja teikto, ir izteikts biežāk, un pārsvarā tas bija saistīts ar centieniem panākt, lai vēlētāji izdara izvēli un dodas uz vēlēšanām.

In the master's thesis "Rhetoric of political party leaders and the use of speech acts in the LTV 14th Saeima election leaders' debates" rhetoric and the use of speech acts in the LTV 14th Saeima election leaders' debates were studied, in which political leaders from 12 political parties participated, which at that time (September 2022), based on the Research Center SKDS data, had overcome the 2% rating barrier. Qualitative content analysis was used to achieve the goal of the work. Taking into account that until now there have been no studies that would analyze rhetoric and the use of speech acts during pre-election debates, the actuality of the topic and the uniqueness of the conducted research are revealed. In general, the work is divided into seven chapters. The theoretical part of the work is divided into three chapters and includes the theory of speech acts, rhetoric, and political communication. The empirical part of the work is divided into two subsections - one of them is written about the use of speech acts in the statements of the leaders of political parties in the debates of the leaders of the 14th Saeima pre-election, and the second one is about the use of persuasion methods. After conducting the research, it was concluded that the leaders of political parties in their statements most often use reasoned facts to express their position, and also use emotional means of expression to convince potential voters to vote for them and the political parties they represent. Emotionality manifested itself in statements trying to involve values, and identity and create a certain type of emotion in the audience. Comparing the statements of the leaders of the political parties elected and not elected to the 14th Saeima, it was found that the amount of use of logical reasoning is drastically different, that is, the representatives of the political parties elected to the 14th Saeima used argumentation based on facts almost twice as much as the representatives of the political parties whose parties were not elected to the parliament. In the course of the research, it was found that the leaders of political parties during the 14th Saeima pre-election leaders' debates very rarely used the commissive speech act, which expresses commitment and promises, and in all cases, it was not related to the time after the 14th Saeima elections. On the other hand, the directive speech act, which expresses an urge for the listener to do what the speaker said, was expressed more often and was mostly related to efforts to get the voters to make a choice and go to the elections.
