Asins donoru kustības veicināšana Latvijā.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir Asins donoru kustības veicināšana Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt intervences asins donoru aktivitātes veicināšanai, izmantojot C4D modeli. Asins donoru statistika Latvijā ir mainīga, līdz ar to arī donāciju skaits nav stabils. Teorētiskā bāze darbā balstīta Urija Bronfenbrenera sociālekoloģiskā modeļa atziņās, plānotās uzvedības modelī pēc I. Ajzena, kā arī intervences tiek izstrādātas, izmantojot UNICEF aprakstīto C4D modeli. Asins donorus ietekmējošo faktoru identificēšanā, analizētas vairāku pētnieku atziņas gan Amerikas Savienoto Valstu, gan Eiropas, gan Kanādas un citu valstu pieredzēs. Sociālekoloģiskā modeļa individuālā un interpersonālā līmeņa faktoru identificēšanā izmantota Ajzena plānotās uzvedības teorija, precīzāk, tās modelis, lai noskaidrotu donoru attieksmi, subjektīvās normas un uztvertās uzvedības kontroli. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi izmantota jaukta pētījuma metodoloģija, tiek izmantota gan kvalitatīva, gan kvantitatīva datu ieguves metode. 10 daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar asins donoriem norādīja uz faktoriem, kas ir svarīgi visos sociālekoloģiskā modeļa līmeņos, īpaši izceļot plānotās uzvedības modeļa komponentes. Kvantitatīvā metode – aptauja, papildina to faktoru loku, ko minējuši interviju respondenti, atbilstoši sociālekoloģiskā modeļa līmeņiem. Asins donori norādīja, ka altruisms, palīdzība sabiedrībai un papildatvaļinājuma diena ir nozīmīgi asins ziedošanas faktori. Katram no sociālekoloģiskā modeļa līmeņiem izstrādātas intervences atbilstoši donoru sniegtajām atbildēm par faktoriem, kas tos ietekmē. Identificējot ietekmējošos faktorus un izstrādājot atbilstošas intervences, ir iespējams veicināt asins ziedošanas kultūru, nodrošinot konsekventu un drošu šī dzīvības glābšanas resursa piegādi.

The topic of the master's thesis is the promotion of blood donor movements in Latvia. The aim of the work is to develop interventions to promote blood donor activities using the C4D model. The theoretical basis of the work is based on the socio-ecological model of Urie Bronfenbrener, the planned behavior model by I. Ajzen, and the interventions are developed using the C4D model described by UNICEF. In identifying the factors that influence blood donors, the findings of several researchers from the experiences of the United States, Europe, Canada, and other countries are analyzed. The planned behavior theory by Ajzen is used to identify individual and interpersonal level factors of the sociocultural model, specifically, its model, to determine donor attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. To achieve the goal of the thesis, a mixed research methodology is used, including both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Ten semi-structured interviews with blood donors identified factors that are important at all levels of the sociocultural model. The quantitative method - a survey - supplements the range of factors mentioned by interview respondents. Blood donors indicated that altruism, helping society, and a day off were significant blood donation factors. Interventions were developed for each of the socioecological model levels based on donor responses to factors that influence them.
