Pacientu informētība par Stomatoloģijas institūta pakalpojumiem.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Pacientu informētība par Stomatoloģijas institūta pakalpojumiem”. Maģistra darba mērķis bija izpētīt pacientu informētību par Stomatoloģijas institūta pakalpojumiem. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, darbā tiek izvirzīti uzdevumi - analizēt pacientu zināšanas par maksas pakalpojumiem Stomatoloģijas institūtā, analizēt pacientu zināšanas par valsts apmaksātajiem pakalpojumiem Stomatoloģijas institūtā, analizēt pacientu zināšanas par zobārstniecības studentu sniegtajiem pakalpojumiem Stomatoloģijas institūtā. Pētījuma metodoloģija jeb pētījuma metodes – pacientu aptauja daļēji strukturēta intervija ar Stomatoloģijas institūta reģistrācijas darbiniekiem, loģiski konstruktīvā pētījumu metode. Maģistra darba ietvaros veiktā pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka sākotnēji izvirzītā hipotēze „pacientu informētība par zobārstniecības studentu sniegtajiem pakalpojumiem Stomatoloģijas institūtā ir mazāka nekā par maksas un valsts apmaksātajiem pakalpojumiem” ir apstiprināta. Lai gan intervijā reģistratūras darbinieki norāda, ka pēc viņu domām pacienti ir informēti par Stomatoloģijas institūta pakalpojumiem ar atlaidi, ko piedāvā studenti, tomēr aptaujas ar pacientiem rezultāti rāda, ka tikai pavisam neliela respondentu daļa izmanto pakalpojumus, ko sniedz Stomatoloģijas institūta studenti (12%). Ievērojami lielākā respondentu daļa (64%) zobārstniecības pakalpojumus Stomatoloģijas institūtā pie studentiem nekad nav izmantojuši. Informētībai par studentu sniegtajiem pakalpojumiem saistībā ar demogrāfiskajiem rādītājiem statistiski nozīmīgas saistības nav, tas liecina, ka ir citi demogrāfiskie faktori, kas ietekmē šo respondentu informētību un tas būtu jāpēta turpmākajos pētījumos par šo tēmu.

The topic of the Master's thesis is "Patients' awareness of the services of the Institute of Stomatology". The aim of the master's thesis was to investigate patients' awareness of the services of the Institute of Stomatology. In order to achieve the goal, tasks are set in the work - to analyze the knowledge of patients about paid services at the Institute of Stomatology, to analyze the knowledge of patients about state-paid services at the Institute of Stomatology, to analyze the knowledge of patients about the services provided by dental students at the Institute of Stomatology. Research methodology or research methods – patient survey, semi-structured interview with registration staff of the Institute of Stomatology, logically constructive research method. The results of the research carried out as part of the master's thesis show that the initially put forward hypothesis "patient awareness of the services provided by dental students at the Institute of Stomatology is lower than that of fee-based and state-paid services" has been confirmed. Although in the interview the reception staff indicate that, in their opinion, patients are aware of the discounted services of the Institute of Stomatology offered by students, the results of the survey with patients show that only a very small part of the respondents use the services provided by the students of the Institute of Stomatology (12%). A significant majority of respondents (64%) have never used dental services at the Institute of Stomatology for students. There is no statistically significant relationship of student services awareness with demographic indicators, suggesting that there are other demographic factors that influence the awareness of these respondents and should be explored in future research on this topic.
