Abstract

Maģistra darba tēmas nosaukums ir "Labbūtības aspekti darbavietā Latvijas dermatologu, venerologu vidū". Šī darba mērķis ir analizēt labbūtības aspektus darbavietā Latvijas dermatologu, venerologu vidū un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to pilnveidošanai. Maģistra darba ietvaros Latvijas Dermatovenerologu asociācijas biedru sertificētu ārstu dermatologu, venerologu un ārstu rezidentu dermatoloģijas, veneroloģijas specialitātē vidū ar anketēšanas palīdzību tiek pētīti uzskati par labbūtības aspektiem ikdienas darba vidē. Pētījuma darba uzdevumi ir vairāki un ietver zinātniskās literatūras par labbūtības aspektiem kopumā un veselības aprūpē izpēti, pētījumā izmantotā datu savākšanas instrumenta – anketas satura iztulkošanu un adaptēšanu dermatologu, venerologu labbūtības aspektu novērtēšanai. Secīgi uzdevumi ir aprakstīt un analizēt dermatologu, venerologu uzskatus par labbūtības aspektiem darbavietā, kā arī balstoties uz tiem sagatavot priekšlikumus darbavietas labbūtības aspektu pilnveidošanai. Šajā maģistra darbā tiek meklētas un rastas atbildes uz pētījuma jautājumiem “Kāds ir labbūtības aspektu novērtējums Latvijas dermatologu, venerologu vidū?”, “Kuri labbūtības aspekti korelē savā starpā?”, “Kuri faktori ietekmē labbūtību?”. Šī pētījuma ietvaros tiek konstatēti būtiskākie aspekti labbūtības faktoru novērtējumā Latvijas dermatologu, venerologu vidū – kopumā respondenti ir apmierināti gan ar savu dzīvi, gan ar darbu, taču apmierinātība ar savu algu un darba devēja nodrošinātajiem papildus labumiem ir zemāka. Tādējādi būtiska būtu papildus labumu (veselības apdrošināšana, motivācijas programmas, arī nefinansiālas motivācijas) ieviešana tieši papildus motivēšanai, darbinieku noturēšanai un jauno kvalificēto speciālistu piesaistei. Būtiski darbinieku motivāciju un kopējo apmierinātību uzlabo arī patīkama, sakārtota un droša darba vide. Iegūtie pētījuma dati ļāva konstatēt, ka gandrīz puse pētījumā iesaistīto respondentu strādā trīs darbavietās. Darbavietu skaits vienlaikus arī korelē ar riskiem pārslodzei, izdegšanai un citām veselības problēmām, un būtu būtiski meklēt risinājumus šim faktoram, domājot par kvalitatīvu ārstniecības pakalpojumu pieejamību. Domājams, ka šobrīd esošā situācija ir saistāma ar to, ka liela daļa veselības aprūpes pakalpojumu dermatoloģijā, veneroloģijā ir maksas pakalpojumi, un pacientu plūsmas specifiku. Bataraga, Elga. The title of master's thesis is "Workplace wellbeing aspects among Latvian dermatologists, venereologists". The aim of this work is to analyze aspects of well-being in the workplace among Latvian dermatologists and venereologists and to develop proposals for their improvement. Within the framework of this master's thesis, among the members of the Latvian Association of Dermatovenerologists, certified dermatologists, venereologists and resident doctors in the specialty of dermatology and venereology, views on aspects of well-being in the daily work environment are studied through questionnaire. The tasks of the research work are several and include the study of the scientific literature on aspects of well-being in general and health care, the data collection tool used in the study – translation and adaptation of the content of the questionnaire for the assessment of well-being aspects of dermatologists, venereologists. Sequential tasks are to describe and analyze the views of dermatologists, venereologists on aspects of well-being in the workplace, as well as to prepare proposals based on them for the improvement of aspects of workplace well-being. This master's thesis seeks and finds answers to the research questions "What is the assessment of well-being aspects among dermatologists and venereologists in Latvia?", "Which aspects of well-being correlate with each other?", "Which factors affect well-being?". Within the framework of this study, the most important aspects of the assessment of well-being factors among Latvian dermatologists and venereologists are identified – in general, respondents are satisfied with both their life and work, but satisfaction with their salary and additional benefits provided by the employer is lower. Thus, the introduction of additional benefits (health insurance, motivation programs, including non-financial motivation) would be essential, in addition to motivating, retaining employees and attracting new qualified specialists. The motivation and overall satisfaction of employees is also significantly improved by a pleasant, orderly and safe working environment. The data obtained from the study made it possible to find that almost half of the respondents involved in the study work in three jobs. At the same time, the number of jobs also correlates with the risks of overload, burnout and other health problems, and it would be essential to look for solutions to this factor with a view to the availability of quality treatment services. Presumably, the current situation is due to the fact that a large part of health care services in dermatology, venereology are paid services, and the specifics of patient flow. Bataraga, Elga.
