Problēmas holesterīna līmeņa terapijas laikā pacientu un farmaceitu skatījumā.

Abstract

Šajā darbā izpētīta literatūra par dislipidēmijas riska faktoriem, ārstēšanas principiem, blakusparādībām, profilakses iespējām. Analizētas cilvēku un farmaceitu zināšanas par holesterīna līmeņa mazinošo zāļu iedarbību, ārstēšanas mērķiem, blakusparādībām. Vai cilvēki lieto zāles holesterīna līmeņa mazināšanai? Kā cilvēki lieto šīs zāles, ievērojot ārsta un farmaceitu ieteikumus vai izlaižot kārtējas devas, vai vispār nelieto? Kādi apstākļi traucē cilvēkiem lietot zāles, kā ir nepieciešams? Farmaceitu zināšanas par profilakses ieteikumiem un kā viņi tos pielieto savā ikdienas darbā, vai informē cilvēkus par zāļu blaknēm, pareizu lietošanas režīmu, profilakses pasākumiem? Pēdējos gados aptiekās ir palielinājusies holesterīnu mazinošo zāļu izplatīšana, bet cilvēku mirstība no sirds asinsvadu slimībām joprojām ir augsta. Pētījuma mērķis: salīdzināt ārstniecības ieteikumus par dislipidēmijas maināmu riska faktoru novēršanu, profilakses pasākumiem, ārstēšanas metodēm, zāļu blakusparādībām un cilvēku rīcību dislipidēmijas ārstēšanas un profilakses nolūkos. Izanalizēt, vai farmaceitu zināšanas par holesterīnu mazinošam zālēm ir pietiekošas un kā viņi izmanto tās cilvēku konsultēšanai. Pētījumā secināts, kā vairāk par 10% cilvēki ar paaugstināto holesterīna līmeņi vispār nelieto zāles holesterīna mazināšanai, 29% nelieto, kā ir norādīts, 22% nesporto nemaz un 35% neievēro holesterīnu mazinošu diētu. Farmaceitu zināšanas ir apmierinošas. Tomēr ir nepieciešama vēl papildus veselīga dzīves veida un veselīga uztura propaganda Latvijas iedzīvotāju vidū. Cholesterol therapy problems from the perspective of patients and pharmacists

In this study, the literature on dyslipidemia risk factors, treatment principles, side effects, prevention options are studied. The knowledge of people and pharmacists about the effect of cholesterol-lowering drugs, treatment goals, side effects have been analyzed. Do people take medicines to lower cholesterol? How people take this medicine on the advice of their doctor and pharmacist or skip regular doses or do not take it at all. What conditions prevent people from taking the medicine as needed. Pharmacists' knowledge of prevention recommendations and how they use them in their daily work, do they inform people about side effects of medicines, proper use regime, prevention measures? The distribution of cholesterol-lowering drugs in pharmacies has increased in recent years, but human mortality from cardiovascular disease remains high. Objective of the study: to compare the recommendations of treatment on the prevention of variable risk factors for dyslipidemia, prevention measures, treatment methods, adverse drug reactions and human actions for the treatment and prevention of dyslipidemia. Analyze whether pharmacists have enough knowledge of cholesterol-lowering drugs and how they use them to consult people. The study found that more than 10% of people with high cholesterol level do not take cholesterol-lowering drugs at all, 29% do not take as indicated, 22% do not exercise at all and 35% do not follow a cholesterol-lowering diet. The knowledge of pharmacists is satisfactory. However, there is a need for additional propaganda of a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating among the population of Latvia.
