ANOTĀCIJA

Studējošā pētnieciskā darba autore Laura Volfa izstrādāja darbu, kura temats ir “Retrospektīvs 2019. gadā RAKUS stacionēto galvas traumas pacientu radioloģisko un klīnisko datu izvērtējums’’. Pētnieciskā darba tēmas aktualitāti pamato pieaugošā galvas traumu incidence, sevišķi jaunu cilvēku vidū. Šādas traumas ne tikai ietekmē pacienta turpmākās dzīves kvalitāti, bet arī rada finansiālu slogu medicīnas sistēmai [30]. Radioloģisko un klīnisko datu atšķirību apzināšanās starp pacientiem ar dažāda smaguma galvas traumām, ļautu efektīvāk pielāgot atbilstošāko terapiju, labvēlīgākam ārstēšanās iznākumam. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot radioloģisko un klīnisko datu atšķirības starp pacientiem ar dažāda smaguma galvas traumu. Studējošā pētnieciskā darba uzdevumi ir izpētīt un izanalizēt pieejamo literatūru par konkrēto tēmu, iegūt datus no pacientu medicīnas vēsturēm Rīgas Austrumu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas arhīvā, analizēt iegūtos datus un veikt secinājumus. Darba pirmajā daļā apskatīti vairāki literatūras avoti un veikta to analizēšana. Apkopota informācija par galvas traumu epidemioloģiju, smaguma pakāpēm, intrakraniālajiem bojājumiem, terapijas metodēm, mirstības rādītājiem un galvas traumas ietekmi uz pacienta turpmāko dzīvi. Darba otrajā daļā izklāstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes veikta pētījumā iegūt datu analīze un rezultātu apskats. Atslēgas vārdi – galvas trauma, Glāzgova komas skala, radioloģiskā izmeklēšana, ķirurģiskā terapijas, intrahospitālā mortalitāte. Darba apjoms ir 39 lapas. Darbs satur 19 attēlus, 5 tabulas, 33 informācijas avotus, 3 pielikumus.

ANNOTATION

Student research paper author Laura Volfa has developed a paper on the topic "Retrospective evaluation of radiological and clinical data of head injury patients hospitalized at RAKUS in 2019". The relevance of the topic of the research work is justified by the increasing incidence of head injuries, especially among young adults. Such injuries not only affect the patient's future quality of life, but also place a burden on the medical system [30]. Awareness of the differences in radiological and clinical data between patients with head injuries of different severity would allow more effective adjustment of the most appropriate therapy, for a more favourable treatment outcome. The aim of the work is to find out the differences in radiological and clinical data between patients with head trauma of different severity. The tasks of the student's research work are to study and analyse the available literature on the specific topic, obtain data from patients' medical histories in the archive of Riga East Clinical University Hospital, analyse the obtained data and draw conclusions. In the first part of the work, several literature sources were reviewed and analysed. Information on the epidemiology of head injuries, degrees of severity, intracranial pathologies are described, treatment methods, mortality rates and the impact of head injury on the patient's future life were collected. In the second part of the study, the methods used in the research were presented and the results obtained in the research were presented. Key words – head trauma, traumatic brain injury, Glasgow coma scale, radiological examination, surgical therapy, in-hospital mortality. The volume of work is 39 pages. The work contains 19 images, 5 tables, 33 sources of information, 3 attachments.
