Retrospektīvs no 2010. līdz 2021.gadam BKUS stacionēto pacientu ar akūtu miokardītu attēldiagnostisko un klīnisko datu izvērtējums

Abstract

Studējošā pētnieciskā darba autore Jekaterina Bajeva izstrādāja darbu, kura temats ir ’’Retrospektīvs no 2010. līdz 2021. gadam Bērnu klīniskajā universitātes slimnīcā (BKUS) stacionēto pacientu ar akūtu miokardītu attēldiagnostisko un klīnisko datu izvērtējums’’. Pētnieciskā darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo miokardīts ir grūti diagnosticējama akūta saslimšana ar potenciāli augstu mirstību bērnu vecumā. BKUS parasti tiek ārstēti visi bērni ar akūtām kardioloģiskām patoloģijām Latvijā, tāpēc darbs atspoguļo populācijas datus dotajā laika periodā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu ar akūtu miokardītu attēldiagnostisko un laboratorisko izmeklējumu atradni, klīnisko ainu, izvērtēt izvēlētās terapijas efektivitāti un slimības iznākumu BKUS ar miokardītu ārstētajiem pacientiem laika posmā no 2010.-2021.gadam. Studējošā pētnieciskā darba uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt aktuālo pasaules literatūru par doto tēmu (miokardīta prevalenci bērnu vecumā, diagnostiku, ārstēšanu, iznākumiem) ; 2. Apkopot datus par visiem pacientiem, kuriem laika posmā no 2010.gada 1.janvāra līdz 2021.gada 31.decembrim bijuši stacionēti, izmeklēti (tai skaitā pataloganatomiska izmeklēšana) un ārstēti BKUS ar diagnozi akūts miokardīts. 3. Analizēt pētījumā iekļauto pacientu slimības etioloģiju, attēldiagnostisko izmeklējumu (EHOKG,MRI) rezultātus un pielietoto ārstēšanu 4. Analizēt slimības iznākumus pētījumā iekļautajiem pacientiem. Darba pirmajā daļā apskatīti vairāki literatūras avoti un veikta to analizēšana. Apkopota informācija par to, par slimības definīciju, epidemioloģiju, etioloģiju, diagnostiku, klīnisko ainu, ārstēšanu un prognozi. Darba otrajā daļā izklāstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes un veikta pētījumā iegūto rezultātu analīze. Atslēgas vārdi – miokardīts, pediatrija, vadlīnijas. Darba apjoms ir 34 lapas. Darbs satur 18 attēlus, 3 tabulas, 22 informācijas avotus, 2 pielikumus.

The author of the study work, Jekaterina Bajeva, has developed a research work on “Imaging and clinical features of BKUS hospitalized patients with acute myocarditis: Retrospective study from 2010 to 2021”. The subject of research is topical because myocarditis is a disease that is hard to diagnose, and it is with potentially high mortality rate in children’s population. At BKUS usually are treated all of the children with cardiological pathologies in Latvia, which is why this study shows population data in this time period. The aim of the study was to determine the findings of radiological and laboratory examination, clinical presentation of patients with acute myocarditis to evaluate the effectiveness of the selected therapy and the outcome of the disease in the patients treated with myocarditis at BKUS in the period from 2010.-2021.year. The tasks of the research work of student: 1. Analyze the available world literature on the subject, 2. Collecting data on all patients with acute myocarditis, who were hospitalized, examined (including pathoanatomical examination), and treated in BKUS in the period from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2021. 3. Analyze the etiology of the disease of the patients included in the study, the results of imaging examinations (EHOKG, MRI), and the applied treatment 4. Analyze the disease outcome of the patients included in the study. In the first part of the research work several sources of literature have been examined and analyzed about diseases definition, epidemiology, etiology, diagnostic, clinical presentation, therapy and prognosis. The second part of the study work sets out the methods used in the study and analyzes the results of the study. Keywords — myocarditis, pediatrics, guidelines.
