Pulverstrūklas izmantošana zobārstniecībā

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba tēma ir “Pulverstrūklas izmantošana zobārstniecībā”, autore Agnese Dzirkale. Tika pētīta un apkopota zinātniskā literatūra par pulverstrūklas tehnoloģiju un zobu higiēnistu zināšanām par to. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt kādas ir higiēnistu zināšanas par pulverstrūklas izmantošanu, par pieejamiem pulveriem, tās priekšrocībām un trūkumiem, kā arī pulverstrūklas indikācijām un kontrindikācijām. Zobu higiēnistu aprindās šīs tēmas popularitāte ir neapšaubāmi ļoti liela. Līdz ar straujo tehnoloģiju attīstību un augošajām pacientu prasībām pēc komforta un ideāla ārstēšanas rezultāta - pulverstrūklas tehnoloģijas izmantošana ir progresējusi un daļēji aizstājusi parasto zobu pulēšanu ar gumijas kausiņu vai birstīti. Pašizveidotajā anketā respondenti atbildēja uz 11 jautājumiem par pulverstrūklas tehnoloģiju, ar atbilžu variantiem. Rezultāti atspoguļoti grafiku veidā. Galvenie secinājumi, ka higiēnisti izmanto pulverstrūklu un tā ir ļoti iecienīta. Tomēr, pilnībā netiek izmantots viss pulverstrūklas potenciāls, kas ir pieejams mūsdienu tirgū. Darba apjoms ir 40lpp un tika izmantoti 34 literatūras avoti. Dati tika meklēti izmantojot tādus atslēgas vārdus kā: pulverstrūkla, sodas strūkla, airflow, zobu pulēšana, air powder polishing. Darbā arī tika apkopota informācija par dažādiem zinātniski pierādītiem pētījumiem par pulverstrūklas nenoliedzamo efektivitāti salīdzinājumā ar gumijas kausiņu - aplikuma un biofilmas noņemšanai kā arī efektīvu periodontīta slimības ārstēšanas gadījumā. Tika izanalizēts pulverstrūklas priekšrocības un tās trūkumu.

Scientific literature on air powder jet technology was collected in the paper .In dental hygienist circles, the popularity of this topic is undoubtedly very high. Along with the rapid development of technology and the growing demands of patients for comfort and ideal treatment results, the use of powder jet technology has progressed and partially replaced tooth polishing with a rubber cup or brush. In the self-created questionnaire, 11 questions about powder jet technology were answered, with multiple answers. The results are presented in the form of a graph. The main conclusions that hygienists use air powder jet and it is very popular. However, the full potential of powder jet available on the market today is not fully exploited. The volume of the work is 40 pages and 34 literature sources were used. Data were searched using keywords such as: powder jet, soda jet, airflow, tooth polishing, air powder polishing, air powder polisher. The work also collected information on various scientifically proven studies on the undeniable effectiveness of powder jet with a rubber cup - for removing plaque and biofilm, as well as in the case of treatment of profuse periodontitis. The advantages and disadvantages of powder blasting were analyzed.
