Abstract

Informācijas sistēmu pielietošana ir Kārtības policijas iecirkņa inspektoru ikdienas tiešo darba pienākumu veikšanas neatņemama daļa, taču to darbību ir nepieciešams pilnveidot, uzlabojot sistēmu sniegumu informācijas ievadīšanā, uzglabāšanā un meklēšanā, papildus rodot nepieciešamību veikt grozījumus normatīvajos aktos, lai sekmīgi palielinātu efektivitāti un veicinātu kvalitatīvāku Kārtības policijas iecirkņa inspektoru darbu, līdz ar ko tas ir aktuāls, apjomīgs un interesants pētnieciskā darba temats. Pētījuma mērķis. Izpētot Kārtības policijas iecirkņa inspektora darbā pielietojamo informācijas sistēmu darbību un tiesisko regulējumu, kā arī izzinot to trūkumus, izstrādāt priekšlikumus informācijas sistēmu normatīvo aktu pilnveidei. Pētījuma rezultāti: 1. Tika izpētīts informācijas sistēmas jēdziens un informācijas sistēmas mērķi. 2. Apzinātas un izanalizētas Kārtības policijas iecirkņa inspektora darbā izmantojamās informācijas sistēmas un to iespējas informācijas ievadē, uzglabāšanā un meklēšanā. 3. Tika izpētīts un izanalizēts Kārtības policijas iecirkņa inspektora darbā izmantojamo informācijas sistēmu tiesiskais regulējums. 4. Tika apzināti informācijas sistēmu darbības un tiesiskā regulējuma trūkumi, izstrādāti to pilnveides iespējamie risinājumi. Pētījumā tika analizēta speciālā literatūra, kā arī iekšējie un ārējie normatīvie akti par informācijas sistēmu pielietošanu Kārtības policijas iecirkņa inspektora darbā un sniegti priekšlikumi tiesiskā regulējuma pilnveidošanai. Tika analizēta arī darba vietā iegūtā informācija par informācijas sistēmu pielietošanas iespējām un pilnveidi, kā arī balstoties uz analīzi, tika veikta salīdzināšana. Pētījums balstīts ne tikai uz kvalitatīvām pētniecības metodēm, bet tajā iekļauti arī autores novērojumi un personīgā pieredze. Pētnieciskā darba kopējais lappušu skaits ir 89 lappuses. By examining the operation and legal framework of the information systems to be used in the work of the inspector of the Police station of the order, as well as by investigating the deficiencies thereof, to develop proposals for improvement of the laws and regulations of the information systems. Research objectives: 1. The concept of an information system and the objectives of an information system were explored. 2. Identified and analyzed the information systems used in the work of the Inspector of the Order Police Station and their capabilities in information input, storage and search. 3. The legal regulation of the information systems used in the work of the Inspector of the Order Police Station was studied and analyzed. 4. Deficiencies in the operation of information systems and the legal framework were identified, possible solutions for their improvement were developed. The study analyzed the special literature, as well as internal and external regulatory acts on the use of information systems in the work of the Inspector of the Order Police Station, and provided proposals for improving the legal framework. The information obtained at the workplace was also analyzed on the possibilities of applying and improving information systems, and based on the analysis, a comparison was made.
