Hipertensijas līdzekļu lietošanas norādījumu neievērošanas cēloņu analīze.

Abstract

Pētnieciskai s darbs “Hipertensijas līdzekļu lietošanas norādījumu neievērošanas cēloņu analīze” izstrādāts laika posmā no 2022. gada oktobra līdz 2023. gada aprīlim. Ievads: Arteriālā hipertensija ir viens no galvenajiem riska faktoriem kardiovaskulāro slimību attistīšanai, savukārt kardiovaskulāras slimības ir galvenais nāves cēlonis visā pasaulē, tai skaitā arī Latvijā. Lai ārstēšana būtu efektīva, ir svarīgi ievērot zāļu lietošanas norādījumus un regulāri kontrolēt asinsspiedienu. Tomēr, daudzi pacienti neievēro šos norādījumus. Tāpēc ir svarīgi analizēt, kādi ir galvenie cēloņi, kādēļ cilvēki neievēro hipertensijas līdzekļu lietošas norādījumus. Mērķis: Izpētīt un novērtēt hipertensijas līdzekļu lietošanas norādījumu neievērošanas cēloņus. Materiāli un metodes: Tika veikts aprakstošs kvantitatīvs pētījums, kurā piedalījās 65 respondenti ar diagnosticētu arteriālo asinsspiedienu. Datu savākšanai tika izmantota anonīma anketēšana. Dati tika vākti Daugavpils Reģionālā slimnīcā Kardioloģijas nodaļā, kā arī elektroniski.Anketas tika sastadītas izmantojot Hill-Bone (CHBPTS) skalas paraugu. Dati tika apstrādāti un analizēti ar IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.0 programmā. Rezultāti: Vidējais respondentu līdzestības līmenis visiem respondentiem bija 71,3% (SD ± 12,5). Pozitīvā korelācija tika novērota vecumam (r = 0,298, p = 0,019), medikamentu lietošanas ilgumam (r = 0,471, p = <0,001) un blakusslimību skaits (r = 0,275, p = 0,030). Secinājumi: Vecumam, medikamentu lietošanas ilgumam un blakusslimību esamībai ir nozīmīga ietekme uz AH līdzekļu norādījumu ievērošanu.

The study "Analysis of the causes of non-compliance with instructions for the use of antihypertensive drugs." was developed in the period from October 2022 to April 2023. Introduction: Arterial hypertension is one of the main risk factors for the development of cardiovascular diseases, while cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of death all over the world, including in Latvia. In order for the treatment to be effective, it is important to follow the instructions for taking the medicine and to monitor the blood pressure regularly. However, many patients do not follow these instructions. Therefore, it is important to analyze the main reasons why people do not follow the instructions for taking antihypertensive drugs. The aim of this study: To investigate and evaluate the causes of non-compliance with the instructions for the use of antihypertensive drugs. Materials and methods: A descriptive quantitative study was conducted in 65 respondents with diagnosed arterial blood pressure. Anonymous questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were collected in Daugavpils Regional Hospital in the Department of Cardiology, as well as electronically. Questionnaires were compiled using the Hill-Bone (CHBPTS) scale sample. Data were processed and analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.0. Results: The average level of similarity of respondents for all respondents was 71.3% (SD ± 12.5). Positive correlation was observed for age (r = 0.298, p = 0.019), duration of medication (r = 0.471, p = <0.001) and number of comorbidities (r = 0.275, p = 0.030). Conclusions: Age, duration of medication use, and presence of comorbidities have a significant impact on adherence to AH agents.
