Abstract

Darbs sastāv no 24 lapaspusēm, 3 pielikumiem, 4 tabulām, 1 attēla un 23 bibliogrāfijas nosaukumiem latviešu un angļu valodā. Arteriālā hipertensija ir plaši sastopama saslimšana visā pasaulē. Sirds un asinsvadu saslimšanas ir viens no biežākajiem nāves cēloņiem. Balstoties uz arteriālās hipertensijas ārstēšanas vadlīnijām, atkarībā no pacienta vecuma, ir divi asinsspiediena mērķi, kurus jāsasniedz, lietojot antihipertensīvo terapiju. Viena no biežāk lietojamām zāļu grupām ir angiotenzīnu konvertējošā enzīma (AKE-I) inhibitori. Pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir noskaidrot saistību starp arteriālā asinsspiediena vērtībām, pacienta līdzestību un perindoprila koncentrāciju asinīs. Pētniecisko darbu veido divas daļas - literatūras apskats un pētnieciskā daļa. Literatūras daļā tiek apkopota informācija par arteriālo hipertensiju, ārstēšanas vadlīnijām, perindoprila farmakokinētiku un pacientu līdzestības kritērijiem un to ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Pētnieciskā daļā ir apkopoti dati par pētījumā iesaistītiem 88 pacientiem, kas savā antihipertensīvā terapijā saņēma perindoprilu. Izvērtējot visus perindoprila un tā metabolīta - perindoprilāta, koncentrāciju ietekmējošos faktorus, tika secināts, ka pēc tā vērtības nevar viennozīmīgi pateikt, vai pacients ir līdzestīgs savai antihipertensīvajai terapijai.

The work consists of 24 pages, 3 attachment, 4 tables, 1 figure and 23 bibliographic sources in Latvian and English. Arterial hypertension is a common disease throughout the world. Cardiovascular disease is one of the most common causes of death. Based on guidelines for the treatment of arterial hypertension, depending on the patient's age, there are two blood pressure targets to be achieved with antihypertensive therapy. One of the most common drug groups of medicines to remove hypertension is Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. The aim of the research work is to find the relationship between arterial blood pressure values, patient adherence and concentration of perindopril in blood. The research work consists of two parts, an overview of literature and a research part. The literature section summarizes the literature on arterial hypertension, treatment guideline, perindopril pharmacokinetics and patient adherence criteria and factors affecting them. The research part contains data on 88 study participants who received perindopril as part of their antihypertensive therapy. An assessment of all factors affecting the concentration of perindopril and its metabolite perindoprilate concluded that their concentration does not indicate the level of adherence.
