Kolagēna izmantošana medicīnā un farmācijā.

Abstract

Pētnieciskais darbs “Kolagēna izmantošana medicīnā un farmācijā” tika izstrādāts periodā no 2022. gada septembra līdz 2023. gada aprīlim. Kolagēnam piemīt daudzpusīgas īpašības, kuras arvien vairāk piesaista specialistu interesi, cik dažādi to būtu iespējams pielietot mūsdienu medicīnā un farmācijā. Darbā ir aplūkoti pēdējos 10 gados veikti pētījumi. Pēdējā laikā arvien populārāki kļūst kolagēnu saturoši produkti – kapsulās, pulveros un šķidrā veidā. Tos pielieto ādas un locītavu veselības uzlabošanai, atkarībā no kolagēna tipa. Ir 28 kolagēnu tipi, bet medicīnā pielieto tikai pirmos trīs. Tie arī būs vairāk izpētīti šajā darbā – to iegūšanas avoti, kolagēna formas, mijiedarbības un ietekme uz cilvēka organismu. I un III kolagēna tipi ir vairāk domāti ādas veselībai un var tikt lietoti kopā. II kolagēna tips ir domāts locītavu veselībai. Ir veikti dažādi pētījumi, kuros tika pierādīta kolagēna efektivitāte. Darbā ir pieminēti pētījumi par UB, kas atrodas arī Latvijas Pārtikas un veterinārā dienesta Uztura bagātinātāju reģistrā. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai informācijai par kolagēnu un tā izmantošanu medicīnā un farmācijā ir zinātnisks pamatojums. Pētījumā tika konstatēts, ka iekšķīģi lietojamam kolagēnam nav pietiekoši daudz zinātniski apstiprinātu pētījumu par tā labvēlīgo ietekmi uz cilvēka organismu. Pastāv arī ārīgi lietojamas kolagēnu saturošas formas, piemēram, pārsējs „Suprasob C” un bioplastisks materiāls „Collost”, kurus pielieto medicīnā brūču dzīšanai Izpētot Latvijas valsts zāļu reģistrā netika konstatētas ne vienas kolagēnu saturošās zāles. Latvijas Pārtikas un veterinārā dienesta Uztura bagātinātāju reģistrā tika identificēti 214 kolagēnu saturošie Uztura bagātinātāji. Tikai 86 UB devas atbilst pētījumos ieteiktajām, tomēr Eiropas savienības reģistrā nav nevienas apstiprinātas veselīguma norādes.

The research work "Use of collagen in medicine and pharmacy" was developed in the period from September 2022 to April 2023. Collagen has versatile properties, which are attracting the interest of specialists more and more, how many different ways it could be used in modern medicine and pharmacy. The work examines the research conducted in the last 10 years. Recently, collagen-containing products - in capsules, powders and liquid form - are becoming more and more popular. They are used to improve the health of the skin and joints, depending on the type of collagen. There are 28 types of collagen, but medicine uses only the first three. They will also be explored more in this work - their sources of acquisition, interactions and effects on the human body.Collagen types I and III are more for skin health and can be used together. Type II collagen is for joint health. There have been several that proved the effectiveness of collagen. This work mentions research on UB, which is also in the Dietary Supplement Register of the Latvian Food and Veterinary Service. The purpose of the study is to find out whether the information about collagen and its use there is a scientific basis in medicine and pharmacy. The study found that oral collagen does not have enough scientifically confirmed studies on its beneficial effects on the human body. It also exists externally forms containing collagen can be used, such as the „Suprasob C” bandage and bioplastic material „Collost”, which are used in medicine for wound healing Analyzing Latvian register of drugs, not a single medicine containing collagen was found. 214 collagen-containing nutritional supplements were found in the register of dietary supplements of the Latvian Food and Veterinary Service. Only 86 UB doses correspond to those recommended by studies, yet there are no approved health claims in the European Union register.
