Bieži slimojošu bērnu akūtu saslimšanu dinamikas retrospektīvs un kvantitatīvs pētījums ģimenes ārsta praksē, uzsākot homeopātijas lietošanu

Abstract

Bieži slimojošu bērnu problēma ir plaši izplatīta pasaulē, neskatoties uz to, ka tā aktīvi tiek pētīta no dažādiem aspektiem: medicīniska, ekoloģiska, sociāla, psiholoģiska. Bieži slimojoši bērni aptver no ¼ līdz 1/2 no visiem bērnu saslimšanas gadījumiem. Visbiežāk slimo agrīna vecuma bērni, bet viņu vidū – bērni vecumā no 2 līdz 7 gadiem īpaši bieži. Darba mērķis – izzināt un novērtēt veselības stāvokļa izmaiņas un slimības dinamiku bieži slimojošiem bērniem vecumā no 2 līdz 7 gadiem ģimenes ārsta praksē līdz homeopātijas metodes izmantošanai un pēc tās divu gadu laikā (2020.–2022.), ka arī homeopātiskās metodes izmantošanas iemeslus. Novērošanas grupa pārsvarā sastāv no agrīna vecuma bērniem ar recidivējošām elpceļu saslimšanām, kas var būt saistītas ar bērna organisma anatomiskajām, fizioloģiskajām un imunoloģiskajām īpašībām, ka arī ar tranzitoriem organisma aizsargspēju traucējumiem. Retrospektīvs un kvantitatīvs pētījums. Datu statistiskā apstrāde tiek veikta, izmantojot Microsoft Excel, SPSS, McNemar testu, Wilicoxon sined rank tests.

The aim of graduation thesis – The aim of the study was to investigate and assess changes in health status and disease dynamics in frequently ill children aged 2 to 7 years in a general practitioner's practice before and after homeopathic treatment over a two-year period (2020-2022) as well as the reasons for using homeopathic treatment. Retrospective and quantitative study. Statistical data processing was conducted using Microsoft Excel, SPSS, McNemar test, Wilicoxon rank test.
