Arodfaktoru ietekme uz grūtniecības norisi veselības aprūpē nodarbinātajiem.

Abstract

Aptuveni 75% no veselības aprūpē un sociālajā aprūpē nodarbinātajiem un puse no ārstiem ir sievietes, kas kādā no savas karjeras posmiem ir bērna gaidībās. Lai gan nodarbinātība grūtniecības laikā pati par sevi nepalielina riskus, tomēr atsevišķiem darba faktoriem būtu nepieciešams pievērst uzmanību. Šī darba mērķi ir apskatīt dažādos kaitīgos faktorus, kas var atstāt negatīvu ietekmi uz embrija un augļa attīstību, kā arī apskatīt dažādu valstu likumus un normatīvos aktus risku mazināšanai un darbinieku pasargāšanai. Secinājumi: veselības aprūpē nodarbinātās grūtnieces sava darba ietvaros var saskarties ar ļoti plašu arodfaktoru daudzumu, un, lai gan no likuma viedokļa grūtnieces ir pasargātas būtu nepieciešams izpētīt reālo situāciju darba vietās.

About 75% of those employed in health and social care and half of doctors are women who are in the expectation of a child at one stage of their careers. Although employment during pregnancy does not in itself increase risks, attention should be paid to certain factors of work. The objectives of this work are to look at the various harmful factors that may have a negative impact on embryonic and foetal development, as well as to look at the laws and regulations of different countries to reduce risks and protect workers. Conclusions: pregnant workers in healthcare may face a very wide range of occupational factors as part of their work, and although pregnant women are protected from the law, it would be necessary to examine the real situation in the workplace.
