Kriminālizlūkošanas modeļa attīstības problemātika Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Kriminālizlūkošanas modeļa attīstības problemātika Latvijā” tēmas aktualitāte ir saistīta ar Nacionālā Kriminalizlūkošanas modeļa ieviešanu un attīstību Latvijā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izzināt Kriminālizlukošanas modeļa attīstības tendences un sniegt priekšlikumus tā īstenošanas pilnveidē. Maģistra darba izstrādes gaitā tika noskaidrota Kriminālizlūkošanas un Kriminālizlūkošanas modeļa jēdziens un būtība, tā darbības pamatprincipi, analitiskā darba nozīme kriminālizlukošanā, kriminālizlūkošanas modeļa darbība un pielietošanas prakse citās valstīs, kā arī problēmjautājumi, kas kavē vai var kavēt Kriminālizlūkošanas modeļa attīstību un pilnveidi Latvijā.The master's paper "Problematics in development of Latvian Criminal Intelligence Model" deals with the topicality of the theme, which is based on the implementation and development of the National Criminal Intelligence Model in Latvia. The aim of the master's paper is to find out the development tendencies of the Criminal Intelligence model and to provide proposals for the improvement of its implementation. During the elaboration of the master's paper, the concept and essence of Criminal Intelligence and Criminal Intelligence model, its basic principles, the importance of analytical work in criminal intelligence, operation and application practice of criminal intelligence model in other countries, as well as problems that hinder or may hinder were clarified.
