Aprūpes mājās pakalpojuma satura atbilstības novērtējums senioru vajadzībām

Abstract

Uzrakstītais bakalaura darbs ir par aprūpes mājās pakalpojuma satura atbilstības novērtējumu senioru vajadzībām. Bakalaura darba mērķis: izpētīt un novērtēt aprūpes mājās pakalpojuma satura atbilstību senioru vajadzībām. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā balstoties uz zinātniskās literatūras avotiem un normatīvajiem dokumentiem, tika veikts senioru raksturojums, aprakstīti novecošanās procesi, senioru aprūpes vajadzības, aprūpes mājās pakalpojuma raksturojums un speciālisti kuri piešķir, organizē un nodrošina aprūpes mājās pakalpojumu. Kā labās prakses piemēri aprūpes mājās pakalpojuma sniegšanā tika analizētas divas pašvaldības – Valkas pašvaldība un Stopiņu novads. Pētnieciskajā daļā autore izmantoja kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi – daļēji strukturēto interviju ar senioriem un daļēji strukturēto interviju ar specialistiem. Bakalaura darba noslēguma ir apkopoti secinājumi, kā arī izstrādāti ieteikumi aprūpes mājās pakalpojuma pilnveides īstenošanai.This bachelor thesis is about conformity of the content assessment of the home care service to the needs of the elderly, the purpose of which is to find whether home care services are relevant to the needs of the elderly. The bachelor’s thesis consists of two sections: theoretical and research. The theoretical section is based on the sources of scientific literature and normative documents. It describes the characteristics of seniors, aging processes, elderly needs, the characteristics of the home care service and professionals who provide and organize home care services. Two municipalities were analyzed as examples of good practice of home care service – Valka and Stopini municipalities. In the research section, the author uses a qualitative semi-structured interview with the elderly and a semi-structured interview with the professionals who provide and organize home care services. The bachelo thesis is summed up with relevant conclusions and recommendations.
