Paternitātes atzīšana un apstrīdēšana

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs sniedz ieskatu paternitātes noteikšanas un apstrīdēšanas problemātikā, detalizēti izvērtējot tiesisko regulējumu Latvijas Republikā un pievēršot uzmanību bioloģiskā tēva, bērna un citu iesaistīto personu tiesībām paternitātes noteikšanā un apstrīdēšanā. Autore savā darbā ir iezīmējusi būtiskākos problēmjautājumus. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētot tiesisko regulējumu par paternitātes atzīšanu un apstrīdēšanu, un izzinot tiesiskā regulējuma problēmas, izstrādāt ieteikumus un pilnveidošanas virzienus. Tiesiskā regulējuma nepilnībām autore ir sniegusi priekšlikumus tā pilnveidošanai.The bachelor provides an insight into the issues of paternity determination and redress, evaluating in detail the legal framework in the Republic of Latvia and paying attention to the rights of the biological father, child and other persons involved in the determination and challenging of paternity. The author has identified key challenges in her work. The aim of the study was to explore the legal framework on paternity recognition and redress, and to develop recommendations and development pathways by clarifying the problems of the legal framework. The author of the regulatory loophole has made proposals to improve it.
