Anotācija

Zobārstniecībai ir svarīga loma estētikas uzturēšanā un uzlabošanā, jo tā veicina cilvēka vispārējo labklājību un dzīves kvalitāti. Lai zobārstniecības speciālisti spētu nodrošināt labākos estētiskos risinājumus saviem pacientiem, viņiem ir jābūt zinošiem par metodēm, kuras tiek pielietotas zobārstniecībā. Kvalifikācijas darbs ir par sveķu infiltrācijas metodes zināšanām zobārstniecības speciālistu vidū. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt zobārstniecības speciālistu zināšanas par sveķu infiltrācijas metodi. Teorētiskajā daļā darba autore izpēta zinātnisko literatūru par sveķu infiltrācijas metodi, tās pielietojumu. Tiek uzskaitītas sveķu infiltrācijas metodes indikācijas un tās aprakstītas. Lai sīkāk izprastu zobārstniecības speciālistu zināšanas par sveķu infiltrācijas metodi, ar anketēšanu tika aptaujāts 61 respondents. Atbildot uz jautājumu, vai aptaujātie izmanto sveķu infiltrācijas metodi savā praksē, lielākā daļa respondentu norādīja, ka nav izmantojuši. Savukārt, trīs ceturtdaļas respondentu, kuri izmanto sveķu infiltrācijas metodi savā praksē, norādīja, ka to pielieto tikai dažas reizes gadā. Pētījums parādīja, ka respondenti nav pietiekami zinoši par sveķu infiltrācijas metodes indikācijām. Diskusijas daļā tika salīdzinātas respondentu atbildes ar teorētisko daļu. Vismazāk gadījumu, kad respondenti veica ārstēšanu ar sveķu infiltrācijas metodi, bija pacientiem pēc zoba traumas. Taču teorētiskās daļas pētījumā autors Attal ar saviem domubiedriem uzrādīja labus rezultātus, izmantojot sveķu infiltrācijas metodi pacientam pēc traumas. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze nav apstiprinājusies - zobārstniecības speciālisti nav pietiekami zinoši par sveķu infiltrācijas metodi. Taču tie respondenti, kuri izmanto sveķu infiltrācijas metodi savā praksē, atzina, ka visi pacienti pēc sveķu infiltrācijas metodes ārstēšanas ir apmierināti ar rezultātu, jo estētika ir uzlabojusies.Annotation

Dentistry plays an important role in maintaining and enhancing aesthetics, as it contributes to a person's overall well-being and quality of life. For dental specialists to provide the best aesthetic solutions for their patients, they must be knowledgeable about the methods used in dentistry. The qualification thesis focuses on the knowledge of resin infiltration methods among dental professionals. The aim of the work is to investigate the knowledge of dental professionals about the resin infiltration method. In the theoretical part, the author reviews scientific literature on the resin infiltration method and its applications. The indications for the resin infiltration method are listed and described. To gain a deeper understanding of dental professionals' knowledge about the resin infiltration method, a survey was conducted involving 61 respondents. When asked whether they use the resin infiltration method in their practice, the majority of respondents indicated that they had not. Meanwhile, three-quarters of the respondents who do use the resin infiltration method in their practice noted that they apply it only a few times a year. The study revealed that respondents are not sufficiently knowledgeable about the indications for the resin infiltration method. In the discussion section, respondents' answers were compared with the theoretical part. The least frequent cases where respondents used the resin infiltration method were for patients after tooth trauma. However, in the theoretical research, author Attal and colleagues demonstrated positive results using the resin infiltration method for patients after trauma. The hypothesis posed in the study was not confirmed—dental specialists are not sufficiently knowledgeable about the resin infiltration method. However, those respondents who do use the resin infiltration method in their practice acknowledged that all patients treated with this method were satisfied with the results, as their aesthetics had improved.
