Abstract
Darba nosaukums: Acne vulgaris ierosinātāja Cutibacterium acne identifikācijas algoritms
Darba autore: Terēze Pavloviča
Darba vadītājs: doc. Ingus Skadiņš
Studenta zinātniski pētniecisko darbu veido praktiskā daļa un pacientu anketēšana. Izstrādāts Rīgā, Rīgas Stradiņa Universitātē, Medicīnas fakultātē, Bioloģijas un mikrobioloģijas katedrā.
Pētījuma mērķis bija izstrādāt no Acne vulgaris pacienta materiāla izdalītas C.acne bakterioloģiskās identifikācijas algoritmu, kuru būtu iespējams izmantot antibakteriālās jutības testos.
Title: Identification algorithm for the causative agent Cutibacterium acnes of Acne vulgaris Author: Terēze Pavloviča Supervisor: assist.prof.Ingus Skadiņš The student's research work consists of a practical part and a patient questionnaire. Developed in Riga, Riga Stradins University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Biology and Microbiology. The aim of the study was to develop an algorithm for bacteriological identification of C. acne isolated from Acne vulgaris patient material, which could be used in antibacterial susceptibility tests. In this work, the available EUCAST guidelines were investigated to determine the culture conditions required for anaerobic microorganisms, which were also adapted for the cultivation of Cutibacterium acnes. The optimal conditions required for culturing C.acnes in the laboratory were studied. The content of the pustule of each participant was obtained in the study, transported in the medium to the laboratory of the Department of Biology and Microbiology, cultured in three different media. C.acnes was identified with Vitek2 ANC ID cards adapted for the detection of anaerobic microorganisms.
