Kopsavilkums
Pētījuma rezultātā darba autore izvirzīja vairākus ieteikumus A/S “Swedbank” mārketinga komunikācijas pilnveidošanai. A/S “Swedbank” būtu nepieciešams izveidot klientu lojalitātes programmu ar īpašu punktu krāšanas sistēmu, uzlabot bankas mobilo aplikāciju ar vairākām jaunām funkcijām, izveidot izglītojošu finanšu pratības spēli ar daudzveidīgiem spēles scenārijiem, kā arī bankai pielāgot mārketinga komunikācijas aktivitātes dažādām jauniešu vecuma grupām.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 61 lappuses un ietver 6 tabulas, 14 attēlus un 77 informācijas avotus.
The aim of the bachelor's thesis “Analysis of A/S Swedbank’s Marketing Communication Targeted at the Youth Audience” is to evaluate A/S Swedbank's marketing communication directed at young people and, based on the results of this research, to develop recommendations for improving its marketing communication. The financial and banking sector is one of the most essential branches of the economy, significantly influencing national development and societal well-being. Today, the banking sector faces challenges from a constantly changing market, new technologies, competition, and customer expectations. Due to the complexity and strict regulation of the financial sector, effective marketing communication is of great importance—it helps attract customers, build trust, and promote understanding of banking services. Young people's financial habits and their development in the modern digital age are especially important, considering their limited experience in financial management and their strong need for financial independence. Young people represent one of the key customer segments for the future growth of banks. In this bachelor's thesis, four research methods were applied: the monographic method for theoretical exploration, secondary data analysis, content analysis to examine the company’s marketing communication activities targeted at the youth audience, and quantitative data analysis through a survey questionnaire. The survey results were processed using descriptive and data grouping methods. The study surveyed 386 young people aged 16 to 25. According to the results, the most important sources of information about banking services for the respondents were the bank’s social media channels and mobile application. Most of the surveyed youth expressed interest in learning more about saving money, budgeting, and everyday banking services through marketing communication. As a result of the research, the author developed several recommendations for improving the marketing communication of A/S "Swedbank". These include creating a customer loyalty program with a points collection system, enhancing the mobile application with new features, developing an educational financial literacy game with diverse scenarios, and tailoring marketing communication activities to different age groups within the youth segment. The bachelor's thesis consists of 61 pages and includes 6 tables, 14 images, and 77 sources of information.
