Abstract
ANOTĀCIJA
Sandra Muraška. Starpdisciplinārā pieeja sociālo darbinieku un ārstniecības personu sadarbībā. Bakalaura darbs Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes Sabiedrības veselības un sociālās labklājības fakultātes studiju programma “Sociālais darbs”.
Darba mērķis ir izpētīt starpdisciplināro pieeju sociālo darbinieku un ārstniecības personu sadarbībā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, teorētiskās daļas secinājumiem, praktiskās daļas secinājumiem, ieteikumiem, diskusiju daļas, nobeiguma un avotu saraksta.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā autore ir raksturojusi ārstniecības personu un sociālo darbinieku profesionālās darbība kompetences. Definēta un analizēta starpdisciplinārā pieeja. Tika analizēta starpdisciplinārā pieeja ārstniecības personu un sociālo darbinieku sadarbībā. Noskaidrotas sociālā darbinieka un ģimenes ārstu sadarbības galvenās lomas. Analizēta ārvalstu pieredze starpdisciplinārās pieejas pielietošanā sadarbojoties sociālajiem darbiniekiem ar primārās veselības aprūpes speciālistiem.
Darba praktiskajā daļā ir apkopotas un izanalizētas 31. respondentu iesūtītā aptaujas anketa un veiktas 9. daļēji strukturētas speciālistu intervijas.
Nozīmīgākie secinājumi: gan ģimenes ārstu praksēs strādājošās ārstniecības personas, gan pašvaldības sociālie darbinieki sadarbību vērtē, kā labu. Gan ārstniecības personas, gan sociālie darbinieki, norāda, ka sadarbību ietekmējošie faktori ir laika menedžments/trūkums, cilvēkresursu trūkums, informācijas apmaiņas trūkums, papilddarbi un spriedze. Ģimenes ārstu praksēs strādājošās ārstniecības personas, norāda, ka viņu darbu atvieglotu un būtu ļoti vērtīgi, ja Tukuma un Talsu novadu pašvaldību ārstniecības iestādēs, primārās veselības aprūpes komandās iekļautu pašvaldības sociālos darbiniekus.

ANNOTATION Sandra Muraska. Interdisciplinary approach in cooperation between social workers and medical practitioners. Bachelor thesis study programme "Social Work", Faculty of Public Health and Social Welfare, Riga Stradiņš University. The aim of the thesis is to study the interdisciplinary approach in the cooperation between social workers and medical practitioners. The thesis consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions of the theoretical part, conclusions of the practical part, recommendations, discussion part, conclusion and list of sources. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the author has described the competences of professional activity of medical and social workers. The interdisciplinary approach is defined and analysed. The interdisciplinary approach in the cooperation between medical practitioners and social workers was analysed. The main roles of the cooperation between social worker and family physicians were identified. Foreign experience in the application of the interdisciplinary approach in cooperation between social workers and primary health care professionals was analysed. In the practical part of the thesis, 31 questionnaires sent by respondents and 9 semi-structured expert interviews have been collected and analysed. The most important findings are that both the GPs and the social workers of the municipality rate the cooperation as good. Both GPs and social workers indicate that time management/lack of time, lack of human resources, lack of information exchange, extra work and tension are factors affecting cooperation. GPs working in GP practices indicate that it would facilitate their work and would be very valuable if the primary health care teams in the municipal health care institutions of Tukums and Talsi municipalities included municipal social workers.
