Abstract
Šis pētījums sniedz pārskatu par augu bāzētas jeb vegāniskas diētas riska faktoriem un veselības ieguvumiem grūtniecības un laktācijas periodā. Tas satur svarīgu informāciju par iespējamiem riskiem mātei un pēcnācējam, ko var radīt uzturvielu deficīti, kā arī par labvēlīgajiem aspektiem, kā vegāniska diēta var būt veselīgāks uzturs ar nosacījumu, ka noteiktas uzturvielas tiek regulāri pārbaudītas asins analīzēs un papildinātas pēc nepieciešamības. Šī literatūras apskata mērķis ir sniegt vispārīgu sapratni cilvēkiem, kā piekopt veselīgu vegānisku diētu, kas nekādā veidā nebūtu kaitīga mātei vai auglim un kas var novest pie pietiekami daudz pozitīviem iznākumiem grūtniecības un laktācijas laikā un arī vēlāk.
The research paper gives an overview over Risk Factors and Health Benefits of a Plant-based or vegan diet during pregnancy and lactation period. It contains important information on potential health risks for the mother and the offspring that can be caused my nutritional deficiencies as well as beneficial aspects of a vegan diet being a healthier nutrition, under the condition that certain nutrients are checked by bloodwork on a regular basis and if necessary are supplemented. The aim of this literature review is to give a general understanding for people on how to maintain a healthy vegan diet that is not in any way harmful for the mother or the fetus and that can lead to plenty of positive outcomes over the course of the pregnancy, lactation period and even after that.
