Kopsavilkums
This is a comprehensive study aimed at analyzing the functional fitness parameters of 13-year-old children and developing a fitness training program plan. The work was carried out in accordance with the general objectives of a qualification work, which include organizing and conducting fitness classes, completing relevant documentation, theoretically substantiating the pedagogical process in classes, and evaluating one's own performance as a trainer. The qualification paper is structured into two mutually complementary parts. The first part is theoretical. This section provides a detailed analysis of fitness safety regulations during classes, participant selection criteria in fitness, the most common injuries characteristic of this age group during physical activities, their impact, and recommendations for injury prevention, including the importance of proper warm-up and cool-down, correct technique acquisition, and principles of progressive loading. The study analyzes how to develop key physical qualities in children and adolescents and how these can be effectively trained during fitness classes, ensuring efficient development without overtraining. The practical part includes an analysis of SIA “AVDEJEVKA’s” organization, as well as the testing and analysis of the physical and technical fitness of 13-year-old children. The analysis of testing data allows trainers to precisely develop effective fitness training plans, adapting activities and loads to meet children's needs and ensure safe development. Technical testing for children is important and allows for evaluating not only a child's ability to perform an exercise but also how correctly and effectively they can execute it. Incorrect exercise technique can increase unnecessary stress on joints and muscles, increasing the risk of injury. Based on theoretical knowledge, the trainer's work experience, testing results, and literature sources, detailed training plans were developed. These include both macrocycles (a yearly plan with main goals and guidelines), microcycles (a weekly plan with detailed training volume and intensity), and individual training sessions, which incorporate tasks, achievable results, methods, and utilized equipment. When planning these classes, not only age-specific characteristics but also testing results are taken into account, as they provide information about the children's physical and technical fitness level. This qualification paper provides significant and practically applicable material in the field of fitness, especially concerning work with 13-year-old children. The obtained results and conclusions can be applied not only in SIA “AVDEJEVKA’s” fitness classes but also in a broader context. The work emphasizes the importance of a personalized approach for each child individually when working in a group, and the necessity to continuously incorporate evaluation and adapt training processes to achieve good results in children's physical development.
