Abstract
Darba mērķis bija veikt pētījumu, apzinot esošo situāciju ārstniecības iestādēs, dažādu paaudžu māsām pielietojot pieejamās informācijas tehnoloģijas, un, kā veicināt māsas aktīvāk izmantot jauno informācijas tehnoloģiju dotās priekšrocības.
Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi ir māsu informācijas tehnoloģijas lietošanas paradumi un ietekmējošie faktori ambulatorajā māsu praksē.
Tika veikts kvantitatīvs pētījums, pielietojot šādu instrumentu: māsu aptaujas anketu. Kopumā tika aptaujāti 124 respondenti, kuru vecums bija robežās no 25 līdz 64 gadiem, ar vidējo darba stāžu 10,2 gadi.
Jāatzīmē, ka 2/3 daļas respondentiem diezgan lielu nozīmi darbā ieņem IT, savukārt 1/3 daļu respondentu norāda, ka daļēji, jo bieži izvēlas labāk rakstīt/atzīmēt/piefiksēt informāciju ar roku papīra formātā. Iespējams, ka viens no ietekmējošiem faktoriem, kas varētu būt ir tas, ka māsām ir IT zināšanas līmenis nav tik augsts, jo labāk izvēlas vērsties pie daudz kompetentākā personas, kuram IT līmenis ir augstāks.
Nobeiguma darbā ir 17 tabulas un 10 attēli. Darba apjoms bez pielikumiem ir 40 lapaspuses, pielikumi 8 lapaspuses.
The aim of the study was to conduct a study, identifying the current situation in medical institutions, using available information technologies for nurses of different generations, and how to encourage nurses to more actively use the benefits of new information technologies. The aim of the research is to find out what are the habits of nursing information technology use and influencing factors in outpatient nursing practice. A quantitative study was conducted using the following tool: a nursing questionnaire. A total of 124 respondents, ranging in age from 25 to 64, with an average length of service of 10,2 years, were interviewed. It should be noted that 2/3 of the respondents consider IT to be quite important in their work, while 1/3 of the respondents indicate that it is partly because they often prefer to write / mark / record information by hand in paper format. Perhaps one of the influencing factors that could be is that nurses have a lower level of IT knowledge, as they prefer to turn to a more competent person with a higher level of IT. The final work is 17 tables, 10 pictures. The amount of work without attachments is 40 pages, attachments 8 on the page.
