Bakalaura darba tēma: Dažādu augstas intensitātes apļa treniņu dozējumu ietekme uz sieviešu ķermeņa kompozīciju un aerobo darba spēju rādītājiem. Darbs balstīts uz augstas intensitātes intervālu treniņu efektivitāti, kas pēdējos gados ir plaši analizēta par ķermeņu kompozīciju un aerobo darba spēju rādītāju uzlabošanu. Pētījuma hipotēze: Augstas intensitātes apļa treniņu programma ar attiecību 1:2 uzrādīs statistiski nozīmīgākus uzlabojumus, ķermeņa kompozīcijā (krūšu apkārtmēra, vidukļa apkārtmērā, tauku procentā) un aerobo darba spēju uzlabojumos, Harvardas step-testa salīdzinot ar attiecību 1:1 sievietēm ar zemu vai vidēju trenētību.
Pētījuma mērķis ir salīdzinās dažādu augstas intensitātes apļa treniņu dozējumu ietekmi uz sieviešu ķermeņu kompozīciju un aerobo darba spēju rādītājiem. Pētījums tika veikts kvantitatīvi eksperimentālā dizainā. Pētījumā piedalījās 24 sievietes vecumā no 24 līdz 40 gadiem ar zemu vai vidēju sagatavotību kuras fitnesa klubu apmeklē vismaz 3 mēnešus. Dalībnieces tika sadalītas divās grupās ar darba un atpūtas attiecību 1:2 un 1:1 katra četru nedēļu garumā. Dati iegūti, izmantojot ķermeņa tauku krokas mērījumus, apkārtmēru mērījumus, ķmi aprēķinus un Harvardas step testu aerobās kapacitātes novērtēšanai. Rezultāti paradīja, ka abās grupās tika sasniegtas ķermeņa svara, ķmi, tauku procenta un apkārtmēra samazinājumi. Statistiski nozīmīgi samazinājumi tika konstatēti vidukļa –2,8 cm, krūšu –2,4 cm un augšdelma –1,1 cm apkārtmēros, kā arī tauku krokās. Secināts, ka hipotēze daļēji apstiprinās, jo īsā programma efektīvāk uzlaboja ķermeņa kompozīciju, bet garā aerobās darba spējas un krūšu apkārtmēru.
Pētījuma rezultāti ir praktiski pielietojami sporta speciālistiem un fitnesa treneriem, izstrādājot efektīvas, laika ziņā ekonomiskas treniņu programmas sievietēm, kā arī var kalpot par pamatu turpmākajiem pētījumiem dzimum specifiskās fiziskās sagatavotības optimizācijā.
The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “The effect of different high-intensity circuit training dosages on body composition and aerobic performance in women.” The study is based on the effectiveness of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which in recent years has been widely analysed relation to improvements in body composition and aerobic capacity indicators. The hypothesis of the study states that a high-intensity circuit training program with a work-to-rest ratio of 1:2 will result in statistically more significant improvements in both body composition indicators (body fat percentage, body weight, and circumferences) and aerobic capacity indicators (Harvard step test) compared to a 1:1 ratio in women with low to moderate fitness levels. The study was conducted using a quantitative experimental design. It involved 24 women aged 24 to 40 with low to moderate physical fitness, all of whom had been attending a fitness club for at least three months. Participants were divided into two groups following four-week training protocols with work-to-rest ratios of 1:2 and 1:1. Data were collected through skinfold thickness measurements, body circumference measurements, BMI calculations, and the Harvard step test for aerobic capacity assessment. The results showed that both groups achieved reductions in body weight, BMI, body fat percentage, and circumferences. Statistically significant reductions were observed in waist circumference (–2.8 cm), chest (–2.4 cm), and upper arm (–1.1 cm), as well as in skinfold measurements. It was concluded that the hypothesis was partially confirmed: the shorter program more effectively improved body composition, while the longer program had a greater effect on aerobic capacity and chest circumference. The results of this research are practically applicable for sports professionals and fitness trainers in designing effective and time-efficient training programs for women. They may also serve as a foundation for further research in the optimization of gender specific physical training.
