Maģistra darbs tēma “Sociālā darba studentu mobilitāte” izvēlēta, jo mobilitāte jeb studējošo pārvietošanās starp valstīm studentam sniedz iespēju gūt pieredzi – akadēmisko, valodas, kultūras. Studentu mobilitāte veicina personisko izaugsmi, kā arī uzlabo darba iespējas nākotnē. Eiropas Savienības jaunatnes stratēģijas 2019.–2027. gadam, viens no mērķiem, ir nodrošināt visiem jauniešiem, kā arī jaunatnes darbiniekiem piekļuvi pārrobežu mobilitātes iespējām. Neskatoties uz procentuālo kāpinājumu studentu mobilitātei Eiropā, Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes (RSU) studiju programmā "Sociālais darbs" studējošo izejošā mobilitāte ir samazinājusies pēdējo 5 gadu periodā.
Maģistra darba mērķis ir raksturot RSU sociālā darba studējošo mobilitāti, studiju procesa ietvaros (mācību un prakses nolūkos), un izpētīt studējošo individuālo cilvēkkapitālu dalībai mobilitātes pasākumos, izvērtējot studentu kapitāla komponentus. Maģistra darbā apskatīti indivīda kapitālu veidi, mobilitātes jēdziens, kā arī studējošo mobilitātes iespējas Eiropā, tāpat Covid-19 radītie apstākļi un to ietekme uz studējošo mobilitāti.
Maģistra darba teorētiskajā daļā veikta zinātniskās literatūras izpēte, kā arī apskatīti 2018. gada un 2019. gada pētījuma dati par mobilitāti Eiropas jauniešu vidū. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā veiktas 10 daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar sociālā darba studentiem, no kuriem 8 nepiemita studiju mobilitātes pieredzes, kā arī fokusgrupas diskusija ar studiju programmas “Sociālais darbs” 6 absolventiem, kuriem ir bijusi mobilitātes pieredze studiju laikā.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, 2 nodaļām, secinājumiem, ieteikumiem un informatīvo avotu sarakstu. Maģistra darba apjoms, neietverot anotāciju un pielikumu saturu, ir 88 lappuses.
Master’s degree work “Mobility of social work students” was selected with consideration of opportunities for students to move around and between the countries, provides the possibilities to the students to obtain the new experiences – academic, linguistic, and cultural. The students’ mobility facilitates the personal growth as well as improves the working skills in the future. On the key purposes of the Youth Strategy 2019 – 2027 of European Union is to provide the opportunity and access to the cross-border mobility programs for all juniors as well as young working force. Irrespective of relative growth stundent mobility in Europe, the mobility numbers of students at Rigas Stradins University (furtheron “ŖSU”) Social Work programe have declined during the last five years. The aim of this master degree work is to define and describe the mobility of Social Work Students at RSU within the study process (learning and practice) and to research the personal capital of stundents as part of their participation into the mobility programms and to assess the components of students capital. The master degree work observes the types of personal capital, the concept of mobility, mobility possibilities within the Europe as well as the conditions of Covid-19 pandemia and its impact on the students mobility. The theoretical part od this master work includes the analysis of scietific literature, the review of 2018 and 2019 research data of the mobility among the youth in Europe. The research part includes the compiltation and coverager of ten partially structual interviews with social work students, out of which eitght did not have any mobility experience as well as it covers focus group discussions with six postgraduates of Social Work programe, which had had mobility experience before during the study process. The master work consists of the introduction, two key parts, conclusions, recommendations and list of informative and literature sources. The volume of of master work without annotation and annexes is 88 pages.
