Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums: Uz ģimeni vērstas ergoterapijas intervences bērniem ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem: darbības jomas pārskats. Bakalaura darba autore: Elīna Cīrule, Veselības un sporta zinātņu fakultātes studiju programmas ergoterapija 4. studiju gada studente. Pētījuma aktualitāte: Bērniem ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem ir raksturīgi ierobežojumi sociālajā mijiedarbībā, komunikācijas prasmēs un ierobežotas intereses. Uz ģimeni vērstas prakses ietvaros, ergoterapeits atzīst ģimeni, kā personas centrālo lomu. Izmantojot šo pieeju, ergoterapeits vadās pēc ģimenes izvēlētām prioritātēm, vajadzībām un izvēlēm. Uz ģimeni vērsta aprūpe veicina pacienta un viņa ģimenes locekļu iesaistīšanos sadarbībā ar multidisciplināru komandu, lai pieņemtu pārdomātus lēmumus par pacienta un ģimenes sniegto medicīnisko aprūpi un atbalsta pakalpojumiem. Līdz šim nav apkopotas uz ģimeni vērstas ergoterapijas intervences strādājot ar bērniem ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem. Pētījuma jautājums: Kādas ir uz ģimeni vērstas ergoterapijas intervences bērniem ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem? Pētījuma mērķis: Apkopot un analizēt RSU datubāzēs pieejamās zinātniskās publikācijas laika posmā no 2015. līdz 2025. gadam par uz ģimeni vērstas ergoterapijas intervencēm bērniem ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem. Metodes: Publikāciju meklēšana elektroniskās uz pierādījumiem balstītās datubāzes EBSCOhost, ProQuest, PubMed, SAGE Journals, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis Online un Wiley Online Library. Atlasīto publikāciju izvērtēšana tika veikta izmantojot PRISMA-ScR vadlīnijas. Rezultāti: Darbības jomas pārskatā tika atlasīti un apkopoti dati no 5 zinātniskajām publikācijām par uz ģimeni vērstas ergoterapijas intervencēm bērniem ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem. Tika noskaidrots, ka ergoterapeiti uz ģimeni vērstā terapijā, strādājot ar bērniem ar AST, izmanto agrīnās intervences programmas, TOBY aplikāciju, spēle uz zemes metodi un ģimenes mērķu noteikšanas instrumentu. Secinājumi: Veicot darbības jomas pārskatu, noskaidrots, ka arvien vairāk uzmanība tiek pievērsta uz ģimeni vērstai terapijai. Ergoterapeiti uz ģimeni vērstas intervences lielākoties veic mājas vidē, pēc iespējas agrīnākā vecumā, sadarbojoties arī ar citiem rehabilitācijas speciālistiem. Lai spriestu par ergoterapijas intervenču efektivitāti ir jāveic sistemātisks literatūras pārskats par šo tēmu.Title: Family-centred occupational therapy interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders: a scoping review Author of the Bachelor’s Thesis: Elīna Cīrule, 4th year Occupational therapy student of Faculty of Health and Sports Sciences. Background: Children with autism spectrum disorders are characterized by limitations in social interaction, communication skills, and restricted interests. Within the framework of family-centered practice, the occupational therapist recognizes the family as the central role of the person. Using this route, the occupational therapist is guided by the priorities, needs, and choices chosen by the family. Family-centered care promotes the involvement of the patient and their family members in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to make informed decisions about the medical care and support services provided to the patient and family. To date, family-centered occupational therapy interventions for working with children with autism spectrum disorders have not been summarized. Question of study: What are family-centred occupational therapy interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders? Objective: To compile and analyse scientific publications available in RSU databases from 2015 to 2025 on family-centred occupational therapy interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders. Methods: Publication search in electronic evidence-based databases EBSCOhost, ProQuest, PubMed, SAGE Journals, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis Online and Wiley Online Library. The evaluation of selected publications was performed using the PRISMA-ScR guidelines. Results: The scoping review only selected and summarized data from five scientific publications on family-centered occupational therapy interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders. It was found that occupational therapists in family-centered therapy, when working with children with AST, use early intervention programs, the TOBY application, the floortime method, and family goal-setting tool. Conclusions: The scoping review has shown that there is increasing attention being paid to family-centered therapy. Occupational therapists mostly provide family-centered interventions in the home environment, at the earliest possible age, in collaboration with other rehabilitation professionals. A systematic literature review on this topic is needed to assess the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions.
