Kopsavilkums
Table tennis is a dynamic and mobile sport that requires very good physical fitness. As the technical and tactical skills of a table tennis player improve, the demands on their physical fitness also increase (Ковалёвский & Комкина, 2013). One of the physical qualities developed during table tennis is speed-strength. This physical ability is the focus of this research. The aim is to determine how the development of speed-strength over a two-month period will affect the performance of adolescent table tennis players when playing against a table tennis robot with 100 balls. The data obtained in this study will provide precise information and an answer to the question of how speed-strength development influences table tennis performance. The information gained will assist table tennis coaches in future training processes. The goal of the research: To examine the impact of a set of speed-strength exercises for specific physical preparation on the game against a robot in table tennis. Hypothesis: If a set of speed-strength exercises for specific physical preparation is applied during each table tennis training session, the performance in the game against the robot with 100 balls will improve. Tasks of the research: 1. Theoretically study the specialized literature on table tennis in general and specialized methods in table tennis. 2. Develop and test a set of speed-strength exercises for special physical preparation. 3. Determine the indicators of speed-strength performance in the results of the game against the robot in table tennis. Methods of the research: 1. Study and analysis of scientific literature. 2. Testing. 3. Pedagogical experiment. 4. Mathematical statistical methods. The research results confirmed the proposed hypothesis that if a set of special physical fitness speed-strength exercises is applied during each table tennis training session, the performance in a game against a robot with 100 balls improves. During the practical trial, it was observed that the group of athletes who regularly performed the speed-strength development exercise set demonstrated significantly better technical execution accuracy, faster reaction times, and greater endurance in an intensive game pace. Comparing the test results before and after the training cycle, a significant improvement was seen in the number of successful hits and overall game quality, which indicates a direct and positive impact of the exercises on the athletes' performance, thus fully confirming the proposed research hypothesis. Furthermore, compared to the group of athletes who did not perform the speed-strength development exercise set, the results were significantly better, further emphasizing the importance and effectiveness of these exercises in improving athletic performance. This indicates that special physical preparation, especially speed-strength training, significantly influences the ability to achieve higher results and improve technical execution in table tennis.
