Kopsavilkums
The purpose of the research paper “Cefazolin and its determination methods in human plasma” is to collect information on the risks during cefazolin therapy and on the possibilities for laboratory concentration determination in blood serum. To give a more complete picture of properties, indications, dosing recommendations of cefazolin for different populations and concentration determination methods, guidelines and relevant content literature were studied. The parameters of the concentration determination methods were summarized in a table, and after adaptation, the possibility of measuring the plasma concentrations of cefazolin in human blood was practically demonstrated. The study confirmed that the analysis parameters used allowed the concentration of cefazolin in a human plasma sample to be determined. The method can certainly be improved and validated.
