Abstract
In vitro pētījumu analīze atklāja, ka tajos izmantoti dažādi virsmas apstrādes veidi un saitēšanas procedūras.
Tika secināts, ka būtu nepieciešams ieviest standartizētāku protokolu, kas ļautu veikt precīzāku dazādu virsmas apstrādes veidu salīdzinājumu. Apskatītās literatūras analīzes rezultātā arī secināts, ka mehanoķīmiskās virsmas apstrādes metodes nodoršina vislabākos saitēšanas rezultātus.
The aim of this descriptive review is to evaluate the effect of different surface treatment options on the established bond strength between adhesive resin cements and restorative materials. The search was conducted in the databases PubMed, EBSCOhost and ProQuest. The searching through those databases resulted in 498 articles, that were narrowed down in a 3-step scanning process to 35 relevant articles. In the following step, the articles were further divided into the restorative materials investigated. Analysis of the in vitro studies revealed the application of various surface treatment modalities and bonding procedures. The results showed that a more standardized protocol should be introduced to allow for a more precise comparison. In addition to that, mechanochemical surface treatment options resulted in the best bonding outcomes.
