Lean metožu izmantošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA "RIMI LATVIA"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Lean metožu izmantošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA “RIMI LATVIA”’ mērķis ir, balstoties uz zinātniskās literatūras un empīrisko datu analīzes, izstrādāt ieteikumus Lean metožu izmantošanā SIA “RIMI LATVIA”. Mūsdienās uzņēmumiem ir ļoti svarīgi konsekventi attīstīties un uzlabot savu darbības kvalitāti. Konkurence rada nepieciešamību pielāgoties mainīgajiem apstākļiem un meklēt risinājumus, kā veidot uzņēmuma biznesa procesu efektivitātes palielināšanu. Viena no visbiežāk lietotajām metodoloģijām organizācijās ir Lean, tas ir vieds, kā optimizēt organizācijas cilvēkus, resursus, pūles un enerģiju, lai radītu vērtību klientam. Katru gadu arvien vairāk uzņēmumu dažādos sektoros izvēlas izmantot šo metodoloģiju, lai savu darbību padarītu efektīvāku, tajā skaitā arī uzņēmums SIA “RIMI LATVIA”, kurš jau no 2017. gada izmanto Lean metodes, uzlabojot darba procesus un veicinot efektivitāti. Darba izstrādē tika izmantota monogrāfiskā analīze, lai izpētītu Lean metožu būtību, sekundāro datu analīze, lai analizētu SIA “RIMI LATVIA” darbību, efektivitātes rādītājus, kā arī Lean metožu pielietojumu, grafiskā analīze, un kvalitatīvais pētījums - ekspertu intervija. Darba ietvarā tika veiktas intervijas ar 6 ekspertiem, kuriem ir attiecīgā izglītība, pieredze, amats. Balstoties uz teorijas, sekundāro datu analīzi un kvalitatīvo pētījumu, tika identificēti ieteikumi, uzņēmumā esošo Lean metožu, veiksmīgākai pielietošanai, un izstrādāti ieteikumi citu, papildus Lean metožu pielietošanai. Balstoties uz darba rezultātiem un secinājumiem, tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi, SIA “RIMI LATVIA” Lean speciālistiem un Darbības Izcilības Uzlabošanas vadītājam: Uzlabot Lean metožu 6S, Vērtību plūsmas analīze, Kaizen, Cēloņu un seku analīze, un 5 “kādēļ” pielietojumu, ar darba autores izveidotajiem ieteikumiem. Pielietot papildus Lean metodes, kā Kanban, Tieši laikā jeb JIT (Just in Time), Galveno darba izpildes rādītāju analīze (KPI) un Gemba, kas ir atzītas, kā piemērotas tieši pārtikas mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmumiem. Darbs sastāv no 61 lpp., 11 tabulām, 7 attēliem, 47 literatūrās avotiem, un 8 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: Lean, Lean metodes, uzņēmējdarbība.The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Possibilities of using Lean methods in the company SIA "RIMI LATVIA"' is, based on the analysis of scientific literature and empirical data, to develop recommendations for the use of Lean methods in SIA "RIMI LATVIA". Nowadays, it is very important for companies to consistently develop and improve the quality of their operations. Competition creates the need to adapt to changing conditions and look for solutions to build an increase in the efficiency of the company's business processes. One of the most commonly used methodologies in organizations is Lean, it is a smart way to optimize the organization's people, resources, efforts, and energy to create value for the customer. Every year more and more companies in various sectors choose to use this methodology to make their activities more efficient, including the company SIA "RIMI LATVIA", which has been using Lean methods since 2017, improving work processes and promoting efficiency. In the development of the work, a monographic analysis was used to study the essence of Lean methods, secondary data analysis to analyze the activities of SIA "RIMI LATVIA", efficiency indicators, as well as the application of Lean methods, graphic analysis, and qualitative research - an expert interview. Within the framework of the work, interviews were conducted with 6 experts who have the relevant education, experience, position. Based on theory, secondary data analysis and qualitative research, recommendations were identified for more successful application of Lean methods existing in the company, and recommendations were developed for the application of other, additional Lean methods. Based on the results and conclusions of the work, proposals were developed for the Lean specialists of SIA "RIMI LATVIA" and the Head of Improvement of Operational Excellence: Improve the application of Lean methods 6S, Value Flow Analysis, Kaizen, Cause and Effect Analysis, and 5 "whys", with recommendations created by the author of the work. Apply additional Lean methods such as Kanban, Direct Time or JIT (Just in Time), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Analysis and Gemba, which are recognized as suitable specifically for food retail companies.
