Pretnoguruma paklāja efekts uz kāju mikrokustībām

Abstract
Ievads. Mūsdienās vairāku profesiju pārstāvji, kā, piemēram, operējošie ārsti, metāla
un koka apstrādes cehu darbinieki, frizieri, viesnīcu administratori, spiesti pavadīt lielāko
dienas daļu, stāvot relatīvi statiskā pozā. Pētījumi rāda, ka darbinieki, kuri strādā stāvošos
amatos, cieš no muguras veselības problēmām un sāpēm kājās. Grīdas seguma mainīšana ir
izplatīta iejaukšanās metode, ko izmanto, lai mazinātu problēmas, kas saistītas ar ilgstošu
statisko stāvēšanu. Kāju diskomforta mazināšanai var lietot mīkstās apavu zolītes un/vai
pretnoguruma paklājus. Pretnoguruma paklāju mīksta un nelīdzena virsma provocē ķermeni,
kas cenšas noturēt līdzsvaru, izdarīt vairāk mikrokustību. Kā rezultāts, tiek mazināts slodzes
statiskums, un tādā veidā nodrošināta labāka asiņu pieplūde muskuļiem, kas, savukārt,
mazina sāpes, jo bieži tās rodas tieši dēļ nepietiekamas asins apgādes. Zinātniskā literatūrā
bieži atspoguļotas pretnoguruma paklāja priekšrocības salīdzinājumā ar cietu grīdu
subjektīvo sajūtu novērtēšanā jeb diskomforta un sāpju mazināšanā, bet ļoti maz datu par
objektīvu novērtēšanu [10, 14].
Darba mērķis. Novērtēt pretnoguruma paklāju ietekmi uz kāju mikrokustībām,
izmantojot apavus ar dažāda augstuma papēžiem.
Materiāls un metodes. vienas minūtes ilgi 3D (trīs dimensiju) kustību analizatora
pieraksti tika veikti desmit veseliem dalībniekiem (sešas sievietes un četri vīrieši)
sekojošiem parametriem: ar plakano zoli (mazāk kā viens cm), ar trīs cm zoli, ar desmit cm
zoli (tikai sievietēm), uz grīdas un uz pretnoguruma paklāja.
Rezultāti. Pretnoguruma paklājs rada lielāku kāju mikrokustību amplitūdu, salīdzinot
ar stāvēšanu uz parastās grīdas. Kreisās kājas mikrokustības kopumā vairāk izteiktas abos
stāvēšanas apstākļos, stāvot uz plakanās zoles un desmit cm zoles. Stāvot uz trīs cm gan uz
paklāja, gan uz grīdas kāju mikrokustības kopumā ir līdzīgas kreisajai un labajai kājām.
Nav novērota korelācija starp zoles augstumu un mikrokustību amplitūdu, stāvot uz
pretnoguruma paklāja, ir novērota pozitīvā korelācija starp zoles augstumu un mikrokustību
amplitūdu, stāvot uz grīdas kreisajai kājai, kā arī fleksijas/ekstensijas un eversijas/inversijas
kustībām labajai kājai. Visvairāk izceltā kustība ir abdukcija/addukcija, salīdzinot ar
fleksiju/ekstensiju un eversiju/inversiju.
Secinājumi. Ņemot vērā, ka palielināts kāju muskuļu mikrokustību skaits mazina
stāvēšanas izraisītas sāpes, pretnoguruma paklāju izmantošana ir iesakama statiskā stāvošā
darba profesiju pārstāvjiem.

Nowadays, many types of professions, such as surgery doctors, metal and woodworkers, hairdressers and hotel administrators, are forced to spend most of the day in a relatively static position. Studies have shown that workers in standing positions are suffering from back health problems and leg pain. The common intervention method, which is used to reduce the problems associated with prolonged static standing and foot discomfort reducing, is the application of anti-fatigue matting. The anti-fatigue matting surface, which is soft and uneven, provokes the body, which tries to maintain balance, make more micro-movements. As a result, the strain is reduced, and thus a better blood supply to the muscles is ensured, which in turn reduces the pain, as they often occur due to insufficient blood supply. The scientific literature often reflects the advantages of the antifatigue mat compared to hard floors in the assessment of subjective feelings or reduction of discomfort and pain, but there is a very little amount of data about the positive effect, which could be confirmed experimentally [10, 14]. The aim of the work. To evaluate the effect of anti-fatigue mats on foot micromovements using shoes with different sole heights. Material and methods. One minute long 3D (three dimension) motion analyzer recordings were made for ten healthy participants (six women and four men) for the following parameters: flat sole, three cm sole, ten cm sole (women only) on the floor and on an anti-fatigue mat. Results. The anti-fatigue mat creates a greater amplitude of micro-movements of the legs when standing at different heel heights compared to standing on a common floor. The micro-movements of the left foot are generally more pronounced in both standing conditions when standing on a flat sole and a ten cm sole. When standing at three cm on both the anti-fatigue matting and the floor, the micro-movements of the legs are generally similar to the left and right legs. No correlation was observed between the height of the sole and the amplitude of micromotions when standing on the anti-fatigue mat, a positive correlation was observed between the height of the soles and the amplitude of micromotions when standing on the floor for the left leg and flexion / extension and inversion / inversion movements for the right leg. The most prominent movement is abduction / adduction compared to flexion / extension and inversion / inversion. Conclusions. Due to the fact that a greater amplitude of micro-movements of the leg muscles reduces the pain caused by standing, the use of anti-fatigue mats is recommended for the professions of static standing work.
