Abstract
Bakalaura darba “Personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem iekļaušana darba tirgū” mērķis ir izpētīt personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem iespējas iekļauties Latvijas darba tirgū. Pētījumā tiek meklēta atbilde uz pētījumā izvirzīto jautājumu - kādas ir personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem iespējas iekļauties darba tirgū Latvijā, atbilstoši viņu spējām.
Pētījumam ir divas daļas -teorētiskā un empīriskā. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīta nodarbinātības politika, normatīvie akti, kas iekļauj un regulē iekļaujošu darba tirgu, personas ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem un sociālo darbinieku un nodarbinātības pakalpojumu loma un nozīme personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem iekļaušanā darba tirgū. Empīriskajā daļā tiek veikts pētījums ar pētījuma metodēm – kontentanalīze un intervija. Pētījuma nobeigumā tiek sniegti ieteikumi veiksmīgākai personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem iekļaušanai darba tirgū.

The aim of the bachelor's work “Inclusion of persons with mental disorders in the labor market” is to study the possibilities of persons with mental disorders to enter the Latvian labor market. The study seeks an answer to the question raised in the study - what are the opportunities for persons with mental disorders to enter the labor market in Latvia, according to their abilities. The research has two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part describes employment policy, regulatory enactments that include and regulate an inclusive labor market, the role and significance of persons with mental disabilities and social workers and employment services in the inclusion of persons with mental disabilities in the labor market. In the empirical part, research with research methods is performed - content analysis and interview. At the end of the study, recommendations are provided for more successful integration of persons with mental disorders into the labor market.
