Abstract
Darba mērķis ir veikt jaunu katjono 1,4-dihidropiridīnu pašasociācijas īpašību pārbaudi, raksturot veidotās daļiņas, to stabilitāti, noskaidrot sintētiskā lipīda polārās daļas šķērsgriezuma laukumu, izmantojot Lengmīra monoslāņus, un dot rekomendācijas par izvēlētās metodes pielietojamību dažādām savienojumu grupām.
Pētnieciskais darbs veidots no divām daļām.
The aim of this research is to test the self-assembling properties of new cationic 1,4-dihydropyridines, to characterize the formed nanoparticles, their stability, to find out the area per molecule of synthetic lipid polar part using Langmuir monolayers and to give recommendations on the applicability of the chosen method. This research consists of two parts. The theoretical part summarizes information about lipids, their nanoparticles - liposomes and analytical methods used to characterize both. In the practical part the homogenity of the obtained liposome solution and the size distribution of the nanoaggregates were analyzed by DLS. Based on the obtained results, 2 compounds were selected, the properties of which were studied using Langmuir monolayers. The research is 36 pages, including 11 figures, 3 tables, 1 equation, 36 references and 6 attachments.
