Abstract

Pētījuma "Rīgas Šaha skola – tagadne un attīstības (nākotnes) perspektīva" mērķis ir Rīgas Šaha skolas darbības izpēte, nosakot darbības virzienus un izstrādājot rekomendācijas - iestādes efektīvākai darbībai, ietverot inovācijas attīstības pilnveidošanai. darbības virzienus, mērķus un resursu efektīvu izmantošanu. Pētījuma hipotēze: Detalizēti izpētot Rīgas Šaha skolas darbību un salīdzinot to ar starptautiskām šaha sporta izglītības programmām, varēs noskaidrot skolas vadības procesa efektivitāti un programmu pilnveides iespējas, un izstrādāt rekomendācijas sporta skolas attīstības perspektīvai. Pētījuma metodes: literatūras un dokumentu izpēte - analīze, aptauja – anketēšana, ekspertu intervijas, SVID analīze, matemātiskā datu apstrāde. Pētījums ir pamatā teorētisks, taču tam piemīt empīrisks raksturs. Teorētiskā pieeja nodrošina strukturētu un konceptuālu pamatu, savukārt empīriskie elementi palīdz šo teoriju validēt un izprast tās praktisko pielietojumu. Darba apjoms ir 119 lapaspuses, tajā iekļautas 10 tabulas, 24 attēli, 3 pielikumi, kopā izpētīti 104 literatūras avoti. Šaha sporta teorētiskās un tiesiskās bāzes saturs sastāv no organizāciju un izglītības iestāžu vadības procesa būtības, un stratēģiskās plānošanas, Latvijas sporta (un izglītības) nozares reglamentējošo aktu izpētes un analīzes, šaha sporta attīstības raksturojuma. Izpētot un analizējot Rīgas Šaha skolas darbību, audzēkņu vecāku viedokļus par skolu un attīstības perspektīvu, kā arī noskaidrojot šaha organizāciju vadības ekspertu viedokļus un starptautisko pieredzi šaha programmu realizācijā, salīdzinot ar Rīgas Šaha skolas sniegtajām iespējām, secināts, ka sporta skolai ir pozitīva tendence sasniegt attīstības plānā uzstādītos mērķus un īstenot uzdevumus. Audzēkņu sportiskie sasniegumi rāda, ka RŠS ir patiesi augsta līmeņa sporta izglītības iestāde. No audzēkņu vecāku puses skola tiek atzīta par kvalitatīvu izglītības iestādi. Rīgas Šaha skola ir specifiska sporta izglītības iestāde, kas koncentrējas uz augstu sasniegumu gūšanu, taču ārzemju programmas nodrošina šahu vispārizglītojošo skolu programmās, un koncentrējas uz kognitīvo spēju attīstīšanu, izmantojot šahu kā rīku mācību procesā. Nevienā no analizētajām programmām netiek akcentēta fiziskās sagatavotības un psiholoģiskās noturības trenēšanas nepieciešamība, apgūstot šaha sportu. Rekomendācijās iestādes nākotnes perspektīvai iekļautas jomas, kas paredz skolas perspektīvas iespējas un uzlabotu sporta izglītības iestādes vadības, komunikācijas un programmu pilnveides modeli. Darba hipotēze Detalizēti izpētot Rīgas Šaha skolas darbību un salīdzinot to ar starptautiskām šaha sporta izglītības programmām, varēs noskaidrot skolas vadības procesa efektivitāti un programmu pilnveides iespējas, un izstrādāt rekomendācijas sporta skolas attīstības perspektīvai ir apstiprināta.The aim of the study "Riga Chess School - Present and Development (Future) Perspective" is to study the activities of the Riga Chess School, determining the directions of action and developing recommendations for more effective operation of the institution, including innovations for development improvement. directions of action, goals and effective use of resources. Research hypothesis: By studying the activities of the Riga Chess School in detail and comparing it with international chess sports education programs, it will be possible to clarify the effectiveness of the school management process and program improvement opportunities, and to develop recommendations for the development perspective of the sports school. Research methods: literature and document research - analysis, survey - questionnaire, expert interviews, SWOT analysis, mathematical data processing. The study is basically theoretical, but it has an empirical nature. The theoretical approach provides a structured and conceptual basis, while empirical elements help to validate this theory and understand its practical application. The volume of the work is 119 pages, it includes 10 tables, 24 images, 3 appendices, a total of 104 literature sources were studied. The content of the theoretical and legal basis of chess sports consists of the essence of the management process of organisations and educational institutions, and strategic planning, research and analysis of the regulatory acts of the Latvian sports (and education) sector, and a description of the development of chess sports. By studying and analysing the activities of the Riga Chess School, the opinions of students' parents about the school and development prospects, as well as by clarifying the opinions of chess organization management experts and international experience in the implementation of chess programs, compared with the opportunities provided by the Riga Chess School, it was concluded that the sports school has a positive tendency to achieve the goals set in the development plan and implement the tasks. The sports achievements of students show that the RŠS is a truly high-level sports educational institution. From the side of students' parents, the school is recognized as a qualitative educational institution. Riga Chess School is a specific sports education institution that focuses on achieving high achievements, but foreign programs provide chess in general education school programs, and focus on developing cognitive abilities, using chess as a tool in the learning process. None of the analysed programs emphasizes the need for training physical fitness and psychological resilience when learning chess. The recommendations for the future perspective of the institution include areas that provide for the school's perspective opportunities and an improved model of management, communication and program development of the sports education institution. The working hypothesis is approved.
