dc.description.abstractBakalaura darba tēma ir „Komunikāciju traucējošie faktori starp māsām un pacientiem internā profila nodaļās”. Bakalaura darba tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka māsas un pacienta komunikācija internā profila nodaļās ir nepārtraukts, mainīgs, diādisks process, kas ietver verbālās un neverbālās informācijas, vajadzību un jūtu apmaiņu. Sarežģīta vai neveiksmīga komunikācija ir būtisks kļūdu cēlonis un var radīt sekas, kas ietekmē pacientu aprūpes nodrošināšanu internā profila nodaļās. Bakalaura darba mērķis: noskaidrot māsu un pacientu komunikāciju traucējošos faktorus internā profila nodaļās. Veiktais pētījums kopumā ļauj secināt, ka izvirzīta hipotēze: „komunikāciju starp māsām un internā profila nodaļu pacientiem vairāk ietekmē māsu darba slodze”, neapstiprinājusies. Komunikāciju starp māsām un internā profila nodaļu pacientiem vairāk ietekmē ar vidi saistītie faktori. Bakalaura darbā ir 8 tabulas, izmantots 69 literatūras avots. Darba apjoms bez pielikumiem ir 34 lapaspuses, pielikumi 7 lapaspuses.lv-LV
dc.description.abstractThe topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Factors interfering with communication between nurses and patients in internal profile departaments". The topicality of the subject of the bachelor's work is determined by the fact that the communication between the nurse and the patient in the departments of the internal profile is a continuous, changing, dyadic process, which includes the exchange of verbal and non-verbal information, needs and feelings. Difficult or unsuccessful communication is a major cause of errors and can have consequences that affect the provision of patient care in internal departments. The aim of the bachelor's thesis: to find out the factors interfering with the communication between nurses and patients in internal profile departaments. The conducted research allows us to conclude that the hypothesis put forward: "the communication between nurses and the patients of the internal profile department is more influenced by the nurses' workload", has not been confirmed. Communication between nurses and internal profile department patients is more influenced by environmental factors. The bachelor thesis has 8 tables, 69 literature sources are used. The volume of work without appendix is 34 pages, appendix are 7 pages.en-UK
