Abstract
Bakalaura darba “Latviešu modes uzņēmuma “Amoralle” komunikācija sociālajos medijos “Instagram” un “Facebook”” mērķis ir uzzināt, kā uzņēmums “Amoralle” un šī uzņēmuma izveidotais kopienas uzņēmums “Amoralle Level Up” veido komunikāciju ar auditoriju, un kā reprezentē sevi sociālo mediju platformās Instagram un Facebook. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek iegūta visa nepieciešamā informācija par sociālo mediju mārketinga iespējām un stratēģijām un Covid-19 ietekmi uz sociālo mediju mārketingu. Tāpat arī tiek apskatīta estētiska vizuālā tēla, kā arī auditorijas nozīme sociālo mediju komunikācijas procesā.
Darba pētnieciskajā daļā, izmantojot kvantitatīvo satura analīzi tika padziļināti izpētīti uzņēmumu “Amoralle” un “Amoralle Level Up” sociālo mediju Instagram un Facebook profili. Pētnieciskā darba rezultātā tika noskaidrots, ka abu uzņēmumu primārais sociālais medijs ir Instagram, kurā tiek fokusēta visa galvenā komunikācija ar auditoriju. “Amoralle Level Up” Instagram tika novērota ļoti aktīva savstarpējā komunikācija ar sekotājiem, kā rezultātā uzņēmums strauji turpina attīstīties. Viena no svarīgākajām iezīmēm veiksmīgai uzņēmumu komunikācijai un satura veidošanai – sistemātiska un regulāra publikāciju pievienošana visos sociālo mediju profilos.
Bachelor’s thesis “Communication of latvian fashion brand “Amoralle” on social media platforms “Instagram” and “Facebook”” aim is to learn how “Amoralle” and the community company “Amoralle Level Up” communicates with the audience, and how they represent themselves on social media platforms Instagram and Facebook. The theoretical part of the work provides all the necessary information on social media marketing opportunities and strategies and the impact of Covid-19 on social media marketing. It also looks at the importance of an aesthetic visual image as well as the role of the audience in the process of social media communication. In the research part of the work, using quantitative content analysis of “Amoralle” and “Amoralle Level Up” Instagram and Facebook social media profiles, they were studied in depth. Research showed that Instagram, which focuses on all major communication with the audience, was the primary social media for both companies. On “Amoralle Level Up” Instagram profile there was observed very active intercommunication with followers, leading the company to grow rapidly. One of the most important features of successful business communication and content building is systematic and regular posting to all social media profiles.
