Kopsavilkums

Prevalence, impact on health, quality of life, and productivity were assessed and evaluation of existing prevention strategies were discussed. Mechanical and psychosocial factors contributing to shoulder MSDs impact workers’ health and productivity. Major interventions like ergonomic modifications and multidisciplinary approaches stand out in the reduction of these disorders. Surgery may be beneficial, however, physiotherapy and adjustments to the workplace remain as first choice. Future research should direct their focus on cost-effective strategies that achieve the best long-term effect
