Šis pētījums koncentrējas uz digitālo plānošanas rīku precizitātes novērtēšanu mīksto audu izmaiņu prognozēšanā ortognātiskajā ķirurģijā. Tradicionālās metodes bija atkarīgas no manuālas cefalometrisko rentgenu attēlu izmantošanas. Tomēr pēdējie sasniegumi šajā jomā ir vērsti uz datorizētām ķirurģiskām simulācijām, kurās tiek izmantoti 3D attēli no konus staru datortomogrāfijas (CBCT). Tādējādi ir ievērojami uzlabota ķirurģisko iznākumu prognozēšanas precizitāte. Šajā pētījumā tiek salīdzināti dažādi digitālie plānošanas rīki, lai noteiktu to spēju prognozēt mīksto audu izmaiņas. Tie ietver Dolphin Imaging, ProPlan CMF un Simplant OMS. Mīksto audu prognozēšana ir sarežģīta daudzo faktoru dēļ, kas to ietekmē. Pētījumā tiek izpētīti faktori, kas ietekmē prognožu precizitāti, piemēram, vecums , dzimums un audu biezums.
This study focuses on assessing the accuracy of digital planning tools in predicting soft tissue changes in orthognathic surgery. Conventional methods were dependent on the manual tracing of cephalometric x-rays. Nevertheless, recent advances in the field have moved toward computer-aided surgical simulations, which implements 3D images from cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). The precision of surgical outcome predictability has therefore been significantly improved. This research compares different digital planning tools in order to determine their ability to predict soft tissue changes. These included Dolphin Imaging, ProPlan CMF, and Simplant OMS. Soft tissue prediction is complex due to the multiple factors influencing it. The study investigates the factors that affect the precision of predictions, such as individual variability in age, gender, and tissue thickness. The findings highlight the importance of incorporating patient-specific factors into digital planning software to improve the accuracy of predictions and the success of surgical procedures.
