Kopsavilkums
Pētījuma hipotēze: Pielietojot nūjošanu kā rekreatīvu līdzekli, tiks uzlabota PII “AUSEKLĪTIS” darbinieku emocionālā labsajūta.
Mērķis: Noskaidrot nūjošanas kā rekreācijas līdzekļa ietekmi emocionālās labsajūtas uzlabošanai.
Darba uzdevumi:
1. Pētīt un apkopot informāciju par rekreāciju āra vidē, nūjošanas ietekmi uz fizisko un emocionālo labsajūtu;
2. Izstrādāt nodarbību programmu nūjošanai un realizēt praksē darba kolektīvam;
3. Noskaidrot emocionālās labsajūtas pašvērtējumu pirms nūjošanas nodarbībām un pētīt emocionālās labsajūtas dinamiku, darba kolektīvam pēc rekreatīvām nūjošanas nodarbībām;
4. Izstrādāt rekomendācijas rekreatīvām nūjošanas nodarbībām darba kolektīvam.
Pētījuma objekts: Nūjošana kā rekreatīvs līdzeklis.
Pētījuma priekšmets: Rekreatīvas nūjošanas nodarbības emocionālās labsajūtas uzlabošanai.
Pētījuma subjekts: darba kolektīvs, vecuma grupā no 30 – 55 gadiem.
Pētījuma metodes:
1. Literatūras avotu analīze;
2. Anketēšana;
3. Aprakstošā statistika;
4. Konstatējošais eksperiments.
Aizstāvēšanai izvirzītais: izstrādātas nūjošanas nodarbību plāns labsajūtas uzlabošanai sievietēm 30 – 55 gadu vecumā.
2. Izstrādājot nūjošanai nodarbību programmu un aprobējot to praksē tika secināts, ka nūjošanu vara apgūt praktiski jebkura vecuma posmā, bez ierobežojumiem dzimuma. Izstrādājot nūjošanas nodarbību programmu un aprobējot to praksē jāņem mērķa auditorijas iepriekšējā pieredze, fiziskā sagatavotības un grupas kopējā vecumposma līkne.
4. 5. Pētījuma mērķis un hipotēze:
Pētījuma mērķis noskaidrot nūjošanas kā rekreācijas līdzekļa ietekmi emocionālās labsajūtas uzlabošanai ir sasniegts, pētījumā apstiprināta pozitīva nūjošanas ietekme uz emocionālo labsajūtu;
Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze ir daļēji apstiprināta, visos rādītājos emocionālā labsajūta ir uzlabojusies, bet rādītājiem nav pārliecinošas, jeb būtiskas dinamikas izmaiņas no sakotēji iegūtajiem anketēšanas datiem.
Research hypothesis: Using Nordic walking as a recreational tool will improve the emotional well-being of PII “AUSEKLĪTIS” employees. Objective: To determine the impact of Nordic walking as a recreational tool on improving emotional well-being. Tasks: 1. To study and collect information about outdoor recreation, the impact of Nordic walking on physical and emotional well-being; 2. To develop a program of classes for Nordic walking and implement it in practice for the work team; 3. To determine the self-assessment of emotional well-being before Nordic walking classes and to study the dynamics of emotional well-being for the work team after recreational Nordic walking classes; 4. To develop recommendations for recreational Nordic walking classes for the work team. Object of research: Nordic walking as a recreational tool. Subject of research: Recreational Nordic walking classes for improving emotional well-being. Subject of the study: work collective, age group from 30 to 55 years. Research methods: 1. Analysis of literature sources; 2. Questionnaire; 3. Descriptive statistics; 4. Confirmatory experiment. The thesis proposed for defense: a developed Nordic walking lesson plan to improve well-being for women aged 30 to 55 years. Keywords: Recreation, Nordic walking, well-being. 1. As a result of the study of literature sources, it was concluded that Nordic walking is an excellent recreational tool that has a positive effect on the physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities of the human body, and this positive effect is both short-term and long-term synergy. 2. By developing a Nordic walking lesson program and testing it in practice, it was concluded that Nordic walking can be learned at practically any age, without gender restrictions. When developing a Nordic walking lesson program and testing it in practice, the target audience's previous experience, physical fitness and the group's overall age curve should be taken into account. 3. The dynamics of emotional well-being self-assessments before and after Nordic walking lessons were determined, and after recreational Nordic walking lessons, it can be concluded that Nordic walking as a recreational tool can be used to improve emotional well-being. 4. 5. Research objective and hypothesis: The research objective to determine the impact of Nordic walking as a recreational tool on improving emotional well-being has been achieved, the study confirmed the positive impact of Nordic walking on emotional well-being; The hypothesis put forward in the study has been partially confirmed, emotional well-being has improved in all indicators, but the indicators do not have convincing or significant changes in dynamics from the initially obtained questionnaire data.
