Kvalifikācijas darba tēma ir “Rīgas šaha skolas MT-1 grupas audzēkņu stresa noturība un roku kustības ātruma attīstīšanas izpēte šaha treniņu procesā”. Darba autore analizē šaha audzēkņu fiziskās un psiholoģiskās sagatavotības nozīmi mācību un treniņu procesā, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot roku kustības ātruma attīstīšanai un stresa noturības veicināšanai jaunākā vecuma šahistiem. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt roku kustības ātruma attīstīšanas iespējas un novērtēt stresa noturību MT-1 grupas audzēkņiem šaha nodarbību un sacensību laikā.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā aplūkota Rīgas Šaha skolas darbība, treniņu organizācija, drošības prasības un sadarbība ar audzēkņu vecākiem. Tiek analizēta šaha kā sporta veida specifika, uzsverot ne tikai tehnisko un taktisko sagatavotību, bet arī fizisko īpašību attīstīšanas nepieciešamību. Autore skaidro roku kustības ātruma jēdzienu, tā nozīmi šahā, kā arī fiziskās sagatavotības ietekmi uz spēles kvalitāti. Darbā analizētas dažādas roku kustības ātruma attīstīšanas metodes, slodzes dozēšanas principi un treniņu organizēšanas iespējas dažādos sagatavošanas posmos.
Praktiskajā daļā autore veica pētījumu ar Rīgas Šaha skolas MT-1 grupas audzēkņiem. Tika izmantots Eirofit tests “Uzsitieni uz plāksnes”, lai novērtētu roku kustības ātrumu, koordināciju un reakcijas spējas. Pētījuma rezultāti parādīja, ka fiziski aktīvākiem audzēkņiem roku kustības ātruma rādītāji bija augstāki un vairākiem audzēkņiem novērojama pozitīva rezultātu dinamika. Darbā analizēta arī stresa ietekme uz audzēkņu sniegumu sacensību situācijās un uzsvērta trenera un vecāku loma emocionālā atbalsta nodrošināšanā.
Kvalifikācijas darbā izstrādāti gada, nedēļas un treniņu plāni MT-1 grupas audzēkņiem, kuros integrēti gan tehniskie, gan fiziskie sagatavošanas elementi. Darba autore secina, ka roku kustības ātruma un stresa noturības attīstīšana būtiski ietekmē audzēkņu sniegumu šahā, un šo īpašību attīstīšana jāuzsāk jau agrīnā vecumā, izmantojot sistemātisku un daudzveidīgu treniņu procesu.
The qualification paper is titled “Research on Stress Resistance and Development of Hand Movement Speed in the Training Process of the MT-1 Group Students of Riga Chess School”. The author analyzes the importance of physical and psychological preparation in the chess training process, with particular attention to the development of hand movement speed and stress resistance among young chess players. The aim of the study is to investigate the possibilities for developing hand movement speed and to evaluate stress resistance in MT-1 group students during chess lessons and competitions. The theoretical part of the paper describes the activities of Riga Chess School, the organization of training sessions, safety requirements, and cooperation with students’ parents. The author examines the specific nature of chess as a sport, emphasizing not only technical and tactical preparation but also the importance of physical fitness development. The concept of hand movement speed and its significance in chess are explained, as well as the influence of physical preparation on game performance. Different methods for developing hand movement speed, workload regulation principles, and training organization in different preparation stages are analyzed. In the practical part of the study, the author conducted research involving MT-1 group students from Riga Chess School. The Eurofit “Plate Tapping Test” was used to evaluate hand movement speed, coordination, and reaction abilities. The results showed that physically active students demonstrated better hand movement speed indicators, and several students showed positive progress during the research period. The study also analyzed the impact of stress on students’ performance during competition situations and highlighted the importance of emotional support provided by coaches and parents. The qualification paper includes annual, weekly, and individual training plans for MT-1 group students, integrating both technical and physical preparation elements. The author concludes that the development of hand movement speed and stress resistance significantly influences students’ chess performance and that these abilities should be developed from an early age through a systematic and diverse training process.
