Kopsavilkums
Good Nursing Care Scale for nurses”, 2013).
Bakalaura darba pētījuma izlase ir māsas, kas veic bērnu slimību vispārējās nodaļās pacientu veselības aprūpi. Pētījuma izlase bija nevarbūtīgā, jo netika izmantotas nejaušināšanas metodes.
Bakalaura darba nobeigumā sniegti galvenie secinājumi, atbilstoši sākotnēji izvirzītai hipotēzei, ka aprūpes kvalitāte vairākās Latvijas slimnīcu bērnu slimību visparējās nodaļās atšķirsies.
Darba ietvaros tiek veikts starpgrupu pētījums, kā rezultātā tiek secināts, ka netiek konstatēta statistiski nozīmīga atšķirība starp salīdzināmo grupu aritmētiskām vidējām vērtībām. Aprūpes kvalitāte būtiski netšķirās starp pētījumā iekļautajām Latvijas slimnīcu bērnu slimību vispārējām nodaļām.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Quality of care provided by nurses in general departments of children's diseases". The aim of the study was to find out the quality of care provided by nurses in general wards of children's diseases and to compare it between several Latvian hospitals. In order to achieve the goal of the bachelor's thesis, a non-experimental quantitative cross-sectional comparative research method was used with the research tool - the questionnaire “Good Nursing Care Scale” in Latvia, and the original author of the questionnaire is Helena Leino - Kilpi (“Good Nursing Care Scale for nurses”, 2013). The sample for the bachelor's thesis is nurses who care for patients in the general departments of pediatric diseases. The study sample was unlikely because no randomization methods were used. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, the main conclusions are given, according to the initial hypothesis that the quality of care in several general departments of children's hospitals in Latvian hospitals will differ. Within the framework of the work, an intergroup study is performed, as a result of which it is concluded that no statistically significant difference is found between the arithmetic mean values of the comparable groups. The quality of care did not differ significantly between the general departments of children's hospitals in Latvian hospitals included in the study.
