Skuju nātrija hlorofilīna uztura bagātinatāja izstrāde

Abstract

Pētnieciskajā darbā izstrādāts uztura bagātinātājs, kā aktīvu vielu izmantojot no skujām ekstrahētu ūdenī šķīstošu hlorofila analogu, skuju nātrija hlorofilīnu. Skuju nātrija hlorofilīns tika žāvēts, izmantojot liofilas žāvēšanas metodi, standartizēts un kopā ar izvēlētām palīgvielām iekapsulēts cietā apvalka kapsulās. Saražotām kapsulām pārbaudīti kvalitātes parametri: kapsulu pildījuma masas viendabīgums, kapsulu sairšanas laiks, ūdenī šķīstošo hlorofila atvasinājumu saturs. Gatavam uztura bagātinātājam uzsākts ilgtermiņa stabilitātes pētījums un iegūti rezultāti 3 mēnešu laika periodā. Izstrādes rezultātā ir iegūts gatavais produkts, kas atbilst Eiropas Farmakopejas prasībām dozētai formai - cietā kapsula.In the research work, was developed a food supplement, using as an active ingredient, a water-soluble chlorophyll analogue extracted from needles – sodium chlorophyllin. Sodium chlorophyllin was dried using the freeze-drying method, standartized and filled into hard shell capsules together with selected excipients. The quality parameters of the produced capsules were tested: mass uniformity, capsule disintegration time, content of water-soluble chlorophyll derivatives. A long-term storage stability study is being initiated for the finished food supplement and results are obtained within a 3-month period. As a result of the development, a finished product was obtained that meets the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia for the dosage form capsule.
